Some girls who are 23 would prefer guys who are 33. Find them.

Ask to exchange contacts with them, but usually only after I've already had a few dances with them (usually not all at once, but it can be back-to-back if our chemistry was amazing). If you can get to a level where you can auto pilot and talk at the same time, it'll give you a pretty big leg up (though it takes a while to get to that level. I think I danced salsa for a good 3-5 days a week for almost a year before I could do it. But when I could, it was like a switch flipped for me). My own pers…

It reads like you have dismissive avoidant attachment style. You should read about it and also get into therapy.

Bro no "average looking" guy gets approached by women on the street 😂🤣

Just to manage your expectations, the fact that you're asking means you already fumbled. Use this one as practice.

Never been there, but foreign travellers are more down to have casual hook-ups than when they are in their home countries.

Maybe sex wasn't as good as you described and/or they just wanted to get fucked and nothing else and there's nothing you can do about it.

It makes sense. It's not just about status, but also safety. If women demonstrably feel safe around you, then other women will also assume so.

If they are truly avoidant, then the only fix is for them to get therapy.

That's so weird! I thought lots of Asian women think mixed race men are the most attractive. I, for one, am highly disproportionately attracted to half-Asian women (tbh just ethnically ambiguous or genetically diverse individuals). I think I find 3% of Asian women attractive and maybe 10% for white? Half-asians it's like 90% 😅🤣

^ What this guy said. If you're not getting 2nd dates, it is not your ethnicity.

Your problem is likely that you seem to be primarily using dating apps? I mostly get shown and matched to Asian women (so I largely gave up on apps). The best way to meet WF is to go out and meet them.

Simple: How much does race matter to you? How much more or less does race matter to some of your male friends? Longer answer: I heard from somewhere that in North America, 30% of white girls will only date white guys. 50% don't have strong preference, and 20% will prefer minority ethnic groups. Anecdotally, one of the white girls I dated casually who was quite promiscuous (by her own admission) had only ever been with 1 white guy and everyone else was Asian or brown.

I've totally had girls I was dating say "He's cute" in reference to another guy (eg: male celebrity or athlete), meaning that the guy is hot and would hit. You're overthinking this --- being called cute is great.

Do you currently not have any social hobbies? If not, I guess it's time to develop some. Partnered dancing is a great example (Ballroom, Latin eg salsa bachata, West coast swing, etc).

Speaking from experience, stay away from #4 at all costs, even if you're financially well off and can afford it. The issue is that once they are hooked, they will ALSO want to have total control of your time and energy and become total energy vampires. At least for #5, both of you know it's transactional in nature. Both of you know she's ONLY after your financial resources (for better or for worse).

They complimented on how she was the hottest girl at the club and bought both of us drinks. We all danced a bit together after that it was totally chill (I don't remember them wanting further interactions with us after getting us the drinks, but I was like "these guys seem chill, why the hell not").

She might be a dismissive avoidant, look up what that means.

You're overthinking this, just ask her out. -- a salsero who keeps disappointing followers with his comparatively lack of bachata skills 🥲

Well said. I think Todd even said in a video somewhere that game is mostly for the women who are neutral about you.

Agree. My best bro's wife has touched my arms while we were talking before, but I'm pretty sure he was also present? Also she's super in&love with him so I don't think she was trying to flirt with me, it's probably how she talks to people she's close with (close friends, cousins, family, etc).
/r/seduction11/05/25 07:19 PM

Honestly, as I got older I found this to be the only acceptable solution most of the time.
/r/seduction05/04/25 10:03 AM

I think her telling you that she likes to text you because you don't text her like other men is quite telling. I'm guessing it means that you have not given her the pressure to reply nor have you overwhelmed her with texting. It does sound like she likes you and maybe leaning avoidant and/or just very reserved and want to take things very slow.
/r/seduction24/03/25 10:23 PM
3

Does she have much dating experience? It's possible that she has an avoidant attachment style (Google what this means and traits + behaviours), if that's the case she might still be interested but you just gotta be patient with her.

I disagree with some of what you said, namely that's I wouldn't give two shits if a girl I'm dating is still talks to an ex, but what I absolutely cannot stand hypocrisy and double standards.

I guess it does sound similar indeed. Thanks for sharing.

Amazing first date and then they lost interest after finding out your age? Or something else?
/r/seduction13/12/24 02:23 AM

She's a slow texter (even before our first date), so I match energy -- we'd take 1~3 days to respond usually. On our date she actually said that's something she liked about me, which is that she didn't feel the pressure to "get to know each other" via texting after exchanging numbers like she often did with other people.
/r/seduction10/12/24 11:45 PM

As much as you maybe didn't realize, you were just nervous. I suspect you won't have any problems if you do meet up with the same girl again.

Do you think children are better under a parents that are both unhappy and constantly fighting? Or would the children fair better if the two separate. If it was the dad that had a change of heart, would you still say he should stay unhappily married?

This may be unpopular opinion here but OP I think you shouldn't blame your mother for wanting to be happy. People fall in and out of love for stupid reasons. You have every right to feel the way you do just as the same she has the right to seek divorce if she is no longer happy with your father. (After all, that's why divorces exist in the legal system.) I do agree she could have been better about keep her personal life out of you and your fathers though.

I think it means to not hold back. Be present in the moment. If you, at that moment, decide it the right time to bring up anything (may be your break up), then do it. Don't think about the future and think what you should or should not say. Being vulnerable means being present and being yourself.
/r/seduction29/09/15 10:49 AM

If you want to, do it. If you don't, then don't. Do what you feel.
/r/seduction05/05/15 11:48 PM

So she's slept at your place and you have not even escalated at all? And she knows you're at her heels? Seems like a lost cause to me. The only way I see to make this happen is to go foe the long game. Start by distancing yourself, limit contact of any sort, and forgetting about her and getting other girls. Once you have other options and truly feel that you no longer have an oneitis again would be when you can reinstate contact.

I have a female friend date someone 4 years her junior when she was 20 (and he was 16). They dated for 1.5 years so it's entirely possible. He's on the short side too (~5'6"). This is in canada so it was legal.

"I want to be single right now and maybe we can try again in the future" means "I want to date other guys/I have someone else I want to date but I don't want to hurt your feelings so this is what I'm going to tell you." Don't be surprised if she starts dating someone right away; brace yourself

Tell the truth, but be confident with yourself and your answer. IMO Higher number doesn't necessarily mean higher value, it's all about how you present yourself.

After recently having recently being heartbroken myself, I think the approach to the situation should be as such: You do not/should not try to engage in interactions with her (ie: don't give her any special attention, and just be civil if you do need to interact with her) but at the same time you do not need to avoid her. She's going to be awkward around you but don't be awkward yourself. Be a free spirit and don't let her presence get to you. Don't care about what happened and if you can't, the…

I'm going to say this. I was an avid gamer till 2 months ago (Been gaming since young. I'm 23 almost 24 now). In recent years I played SC2 and DotA2. I used to play 20 to even 30+ hours a week. At my worst, I played 40 hours of DotA2 a week on top of full time school. Why I quit? My girlfriend of 1 year emotionally cheated on me with a friend and broke up with me. Now, whether what she did was "right" or "wrong" is a philosophical question all by itself, so won't get into that. But essentially s…

Dude you're going to be a fucking DOCTOR. It might be hard since I know residents pretty much live in the hospital, but if you can go out there and meet people. ie: Find a hobby and join a local club, take classes of things you've always wanted to learn etc. Hell, maybe just try new things like yoga or salsa dancing even if you don't think it's for you. Don't worry about your height, ethnicity, experience, etc. If someone said these things don't matter, they'd be lying... but they don't matter T…
