I had never heard of anything like it being a female myself, I found it through this sub. Reading them, I saw so many things my girlfriends in my hometown did to men, they’re all mid to late 30s and single. Most of them don’t have kids and that’s fine if you don’t want them but they constantly bitch about not finding a good man. I’m happily committed to my husband for years now and I don’t understand how they don’t see their own behavior dictating the outcomes they find themselves in.

I see that exact behavior from other women in my hometown. My brother and I often share screenshots of train wrecks from high school that lived it up in their teens/early adult years and now have 4-6 kids but multiple men, stuck at a dead end job bc they didn’t finish high school or get any kind of valuable trade/education but constantly bitch about not finding a good man...it’s insane to me how oblivious they are.

We started watching it and it’s a clusterfuck. It has to be the most cringey thing I’ve ever seen. Most of the guys are a few years younger than her, and first episode she has them all jerk off into a cup to test their sperm...she goes on to be extremely judgmental of the guys in their late 30s for not starting a family yet among other double standards.

I’ll add that she always seems to be looking for someone around her age to provide for her and she isn’t willing to stop partying or give anything in return but has impossible standards for them to meet, especially in our age group.

My guy and I have watched one of my good friends steadily gain weight as she has partied hard with no real career skills for the last five years. I admire how hard she works but I’ve also encouraged her to go to school or move from our home town and go to school while working, as I did. There’s always an excuse, and there’s always a reason why the guy she’s taking to doesn’t add up despite her not having any real plan in life as she is rapidly approaching her late 30s.

Funny thing, I am a female and got banned from a female centric subreddit that my husband and I point out inconsistencies in. They banned me bc I shared to this subreddit at this ridiculous premise. Freedom of speech is working out great these days! Lol!

I'm a girl and can tell you for a fact that it works. "Hello, how are you?" Is friendly and nonthreatening and it's just nice that someone took an interest in our day. Telling a girl she looks nice pretty is better than saying sexy, hot, etc bc it's not overtly sexualizing them at the go but is saying that you find them attractive. Don't overthink it and just think about how nervous girls are when we get asked out, even if we don't always seem to come off that way.
