1	How do you guys keep disciplined in order to further your mission? The kind anger that a portion of Guys have on these forums is really not healthy. The least good aspect of the community. 5	Should I focus on losing weight or gsinig? I would say try to get down to under 10% bodyfat first and slowly go from there putting on more muscle while carefully maintaining your low body fat state, thats what i did, and since then i have not gone above 10 %.
