Technically, yes. The laws regarding fraud (18 U.S. Code Chapter 63) cover this sort of thing in Section 1343. However, it is highly unlikely that either (a) they confesses to lying about the threats, or (b) irrefutable evidence proving this surfaces. Sexism is more often used to refer to sexism against women. Despite sexism being present for both genders, when used in writing or spoken it is usually referring to sexism against women. I don't agree with /u/Dixieduffy that you should suggest he get a prenup. Prenuptial agreements are commonly nullified in court for a variety of reasons. It's peace of mind for the couple but it is not a legal guarantee. If you have concerns about his partner sit down with him and voice them. Racism still exists, sure, but racial oppression does not. If you are black there is nothing stopping you from voting, owning property, going to higher education or even holding office in the government. From bill 25, chapter 9: The purpose of this Act is to redress differences in compensation due to the systemic gender discrimination suffered by persons who occupy positions in predominantly female job classes. This video was hard to watch. Not for the graphic infection images, but the promotion of ignorance ("Circumcision helps prevent HIV & STIs") and encouraging the bush method ("Men will not want to sit with you in a bar if you had a 'western' circumcision"). The frustrating thing is that the WHO is still promoting circumcision as a way to combat HIV and STIs. When the largest international public health organization furthers this sort of misinformation it's disheartening.
