As a 22 year old working her way up in a male dominated industry, I would say you don't seem willing to "earn your place," as it's put at my job. Have you stayed at any of your jobs for longer than a year? I am entering my third year with my employer, and I just got a promotion and pay raise last month. No employer wants to be a stepping stone. Find a place you could see yourself working at for at least 5 years, and start at the bottom. If your work ethic is as impeccable as you say, they will n…

This is exactly how it feels to be a woman at social gatherings! Such a large number of them want you, so you have no choice but to be selective. Finding a polite way to turn them down when you're not interested is.. awkward. It's like trying to decide what kind of car you want, but the car salesman won't let you have a minute to think; he's just trying to sell any car in the lot to you. You've pretty much nailed it.

Preach! These tactics have never failed me. I would add- perfect the wink ;) it's the right mixture of cute and sassy. Us southern girls have the class AND the sass!

Can the same be said vice versa? I want my boyfriend everyday, but we have sex about 2-3 times a week. Should I be worried that he doesn't want it as often as I do? He doesn't let me initiate, but he usually accepts blowjobs when he doesn't want to have sex. When I asked him about it, he said he's just lazy.

Oh these guys were definitely hitting on me, I just didn't know how to stop it. Things like "you look beautiful today" to which I would reply "Thanks, but the only man who should be telling me that is boyfriend.." or at the end of my shift when I needed to get check for my sidework, I'd ask one of them to check me out and they'd say something like "I'm always checking you out." It finally stopped when my only reply to those comments was "shut the fuck up." rude, yes, but not uncalled for conside…

Ahh, Southern Nice. At the beginning of our relationship, I got into way too many arguments with my boyfriend because I was just too nice to the guys we work with. I think he realized that he actually had to sit me down and explain to me how a nice girl is perceived by other men. I honestly didn't understand that my personality and general cheeriness is inviting more than a friendly greeting. It still doesn't really make sense to me; I grew up in Louisiana, and in my hometown drivers wave as the…

This week, I am going to stop smoking. I know it is unattractive, and it gives me bad breath. My second goal is to stop comparing myself to my boyfriend at work. We both serve in the same restaurant, and I find myself complaining if I work more hours. Last, not least, I'm going to give blowjobs freely, and I will allow him to initiate sex. I still haven't figured out how often he wants sex, but it's not as often as I want it.

21 Female here. She's already getting to do something exciting and scary with a guy who is experienced and sympathetic to her fear of heights. This is going to be a great experience for her. Definitely worth $20! You paying for it all would just be spoiling her, haha.

I think you're in the wrong sub. She specifically asked for red pill advice.

I mean keep your guard up around her if she is acting jealous. For example, you probably shouldn't give her all the details about your date with this guy. She can use what you've learned about him to her advantage (Oh, he listens to some obscure band? What a coincidence that she will have tickets to that show in a couple weeks.. Stuff like that). And I wouldn't tell her how great he turns out to be, nor would I let her gear any complaints you might have about him. Remember you're dealing with yo…

When you're friends with a girl who isn't as pretty as you, you can make sure to emphasize her good qualities. Maybe start bragging about how good of a cook she is. it's hard to like somebody when it feels like you're stuck in their shadow. Watch out for her. Jealous friends are great at sabotage from my experience.

OP said the guy was desired by all the girls, making him fair game. If everybody wants him, there are no dibs allowed. Girl code.

Your marriage is so hot! I'm still trying to figure out what to look for to spot an alpha. How could you tell your husband was the dominant man you were looking for when you were still in the dating stages?

I've learned you don't have to confront every advance that comes your way. It's easier to just ignore the men you aren't interested in. Most get the hint that way.

The problem is that there is more shaming of the girls who don't do this in college. You'll hear guys say, "don't be so uptight," and, "wow, what a prude." We students are encouraged to give sex freely with no return other than the pleasure of the moment. The only guys I've found who want relationships are the ones who think if all women as princesses who should be spoiled. So they end up being taken advantage of because they're too beta to demand respect (or even ask for it). By sophomore year,…

The same reason you wouldn't be okay with just any man becoming your boss. It's much easier to follow someone who has established dominance and earned respect. Since finding TRP and RPW, I now understand why I find the nicest, most spineless guys to be almost repulsive. Betas invoke pity from women, and I find it impossible to follow someone who would obviously rather let me lead. It's in my best interest not to even befriend them. I've been called heartless for thinking this way, but isn't it m…

I remember my biggest fears being that I wouldn't be good at it, that it would be awkward, and that I would gag and it would taste bad... These are things I just had to get over... My boyfriend helped by making the first time really light and playful. He gradually got me used to it by saying I had to kiss it to get anything from him, and he increased the act required each time. It became a fun game that I won by getting over my reservations and learning exactly how to please him. Hope this helps…

I try to make you happy, but you don't put any effort towards my happiness. This is just too one-sided. I'm doing all the work to keep us together.

I would think one way to deal with your situation is to get some girl friends to fill that need for companionship that you put on your husband. If he cancels on something you had planned together, you can call your friends for a girls night out instead of sitting at home, crying and feeling like a victim. Just remember: they aren't there to listen to your marriage problems, and they won't stick around if that's what you use then for.

I had hoped to see more of what's expected and acceptable behavior in the workplace between men and women. It makes a big difference in my work, with the guys taking more of the heavy lifting responsibilities and leaving the organization to the women. Since finding TRP and TRPW, I've been more observant of how men and women interact at my job and realized the men have taken the dominant position overall. I clicked on this thinking I could learn a bit about how to navigate the workplace like a la…

Thank you! I was pretty nervous about commenting in a place full of such dominant men. One is great, but put all of you guys in the same place, and I start to understand what is so intimidating about girls night out to some.

Hope you don't mind a female answering this question. Women don't want to be honest with themselves about lack of beauty because we know how much value is placed on looks by men. If a woman admits she doesn't have much to offer physically, she must also accept that she cannot demand much from men in the qualities she deems important. I can't speak for all women; I can't even speak for unnatractive women. I'm attractive and fit, but I have small boobs (B cup). If I focus on what I don't have, I f…
