Some people are just very analytical even in social dynamics. I know when I started having sex, it wasn't too much of a learning curve because I had been reading up on TRP and working out all kinds of different scenarios in my head. This guy sounds very introspective and reminds me a lot of myself a few years back. Shut-in mostly by choice, like to work on personal shit quietly etc.

Try "Yeah, I'm having a panic attack right now because I just realized you took advantage of me."

She needs to show interest in these things first.

Many of my plates have broken after hanging out with them (but not having sex). I guess most of these girls just wanna slut out with someone that fucks good, but have someone beta on the side. If you are no longer the one they go to to get smashed, you become another beta, unless they push for that kinda shit first, but even then tread carefully and don't lose frame. Then again, I'm pretty new to this, but all my plates have broken after we no longer met to fuck exclusively.

Yes, quite hideously painful. Try telling that to women though, they will laugh you out lol.

Thanks, I thought of doing that. It went away in an hour or so though, so not too bad.

Have you tried it? Like seriously tried it for a month or so? I find that I've regained the spark I used to have in life and drive to do things. I used to be sceptical, but it's a human nature kind of thing. Men are driven in large part by the desire to procreate. It bleeds out to other areas in life.

I've done accidental nofap when I was in the army. I think I did it for 1,5 months? After a few weeks the urges subside and you feel more normal. Still a healthy sex-drive and initiative to seek out women, but not the raging horny dog anymore. If you were to do it like someone suggested for 2 weeks at a time, you are a ravaging horny devil the whole time. I do not suggest that, makes it nearly impossible to do anything requiring mental clarity like schoolwork or desk-jobs and such.

Yup, been trying to moderate, but it always falls back to me beating my shit and not approaching anymore. Doing strict nofap is best for me until I can find solid rotations. Thanks for the reply.

Idk man, I was thinking the whole time we would hook up for sure today cause I busted in her the last time and she was eager to meet again. We cuddled and kissed the whole time, but suddenly the time was where I had to drop her off to the train station. Plus nofap gives me CRAZY URGES Beta move by me to not escalate faster, but it is what it is now. Will do things differently next time.

Good luck with that attitude. Keeping your composure/frame is the first thing a man has to improve on in his life and you just failed to get the message massively after a bunch of wiser guys offered you some tough love.

What the fuck are you smoking. The whole point of being rich is having more than most others. If everyone "had more than most others", everyone would be equally wealthy, or equally poor. Compared to losing fat which is a totally personal endeavor and not connected with possession of finite resources. Look there is no doubt, that you need effort to live a successful life, but you are not a genius for figuring this mystery out.

I should have mentioned that the overwhelming majority of my course is female. There's only 3 guys in my proximity in everyday schoolwork. And no, gaming the chicks in my faculty is out of the question cause of how small my faculty is. I don't wanna have rumors going around for the 4 more years I have to study here.

First of all, don't sell yourself short. You are a guy in his 30s who doesn't need to ever work again because you were smart enough and had enough initiative to develop an app to make you money. You call it lucky, but you have 2 engineering degrees from top schools. These things would qualify you to top positions in different companies around the world if you choose to go that route. Or start a company as others have stated. You are obviously smart enough and hard-working enough. Find something …

I referred Burr partly because of that. I know he struggles with concentrating, yet he plays drums and now has gotten his pilot's license. He said he really surprised himself with that. I really surprised myself with my academic achievements although I have problems focusing. Burr is a perfect analogy to me and I feel like we're almost the same person...only he's an extrovert and can handle people.

I grew up helping my father with manual labor doing floor tiling jobs. I carried marble tiles and cement bags for several summers. I am also currently going through vet school. This is something I really am learning a lot about myself from. It is so hard, but I am pushing through. I proved to myself, that I can focus on studying for days at a time. I have never been the studying type, I just did all my school work skimming through chapters and winging it. I force myself to study by literally say…

Haha, thanks for giving me a chuckle. I couldn't tolerate the blatant arrogance though. I'd be so fucking toxic and hostile that he would find another place to stay. It would be challenging to stay cool for sure. Look at the bright side though. If he's skipping class and being an overall irresponsible man-child, he's probably gone in no time anyways.

I'm going to study to be a veterinarian. This will be my first year. What makes you think I might have adrenal stress?

Yes. I've realized that the main reason I don't get enough done in my life is the lack of initiative. I plan it out, push it forward and then forget about it. So I plan on getting a whiteboard. Also I'm trying to think of a cheap hobby for a college student, but having no luck as of yet. The whole exercise and caffeine thing I've already figured out myself, though I need to cut down on my caffeine consumption to reduce the tolerance. I'm super sluggish when I wake up so I've been using coffee in…

Excellent stuff, Mr Badass. Going to uni in a week. This post is just what I needed. Thanks for the ADHD post as well. Made me realize I had it even though I was in denial.

And then people started clapping and we flew away on my personal apache attack helicopter. Sent by the sound of girls' panties dropping in the venue and raining moneypacks from my apache. I fucked her brains out that night - The End Man this is some pathetic ego stroking bs.

Bro, you know what I'm saying. You will NOT by any stretch get big biceps if u were to do only push exercises. It's simple - you want big ceps, you do pulling movements and curls.

I love this sub, but lifting advice is really something I would not take from here. You never know who is behind that keyboard. 8/10 it's a dyel who just started lifting a couple weeks ago. Stick to fitness related channels on yt etc, where you know the guy has a great physique and is just sharing his experience. One important note though: If you're natty, you need to take advice from (legit) nattys.

Biceps don't do work in pushing movements lol
/r/TheRedPill08/03/18 10:39 AM

True, but it is still important to escalate and conversate. Don't think women will start to fall into your lap just because you don't talk to them very much. Your intentions must be clear.

Have you tried the rubber band method? Just wear one around your wrist and smack yourself every time you get an urge to do something or are catching yourself doing something against your goal. The purpose of this is to ritually remind yourself of your goal and program yourself accordingly. Been doing this for kicking my habit of shitty food and it has been working great. Remember the point isn't about punishing or hurting yourself, it's simply a tool to reprogram yourself by habit - I.e snapping…

Being bald is not nearly as bad as you think it is. Like one person already said, it's like being short, but not quite as bad. Also if you are jacked and/or have a beard, you can really make it work. Besides if you're not bothered by you being bald, nobody else is as well. Don't show weakness.

You'll never stick with an instrument you really don't want to play. It seems to me, that you would like to play the piano, but are thinking about guitar to get chicks. That's nonsense.

My go to is Conor McGregor. Sure he's rich and famous now, but even before that in his early 20's he knew.he had to put in the work and you can just look at his interview before he got famous to see the mindset he had he needed to get to this point. He is a true alpha in the sense. Always doing his own thing staying focused and ambitious not giving a fuck about others and now he's a legend.

Agree, that rape is the ultimate dominance display (thus why it occurs in prisons) and your gf might now think less of you. This may not be irreversible however if you now keep holding frame and keep dominance despite her expectations of you being lesser as a matter of her knowing your story. As for the twerp who exposed you - that shit can't just fly. If your girl knows there weren't consequences to him, she will again think lesser of you for you letting others tret you this way. I'm not saying…

Same here, man. Discovered the red pill recently. And started to take action. The thing is...I have no real friends. Seeing them go out while I am sitting home although I ask them out regularly is disheartening. Same shit happens quite often. I have toxic friends. I'm tired of being a shell of myself. I used to work out and have the respect and admiration of others. I got injured bad and have been unable to work out for over a year now. I have been a bitter asshole ever since destroying my relat…
