Not all of them. I found redpill late like 2017 or 18 and found this guy called winningwithwomen and realized what I went wrong in all my previous relationships. Through the comments I found the sub. Now he sells some stupid books and cologne and the content isn't as good as before, but his delivery is great - the guy is hilarious sometimes and and he's very supportive in the way he speaks so I still hold him in high regard. AlphaM also taught me a lot about styling and even though he sells merc…

and when you managed to find one high quality girl, then she'd also be surrounded by other options all the time trying to smash. Although this reiterates the point that you always need to keep yourself at the top of your game, but alas it's a difficult road.

There's a simple trick that helps me when I feel like my frame is weak. Puff out your chest and straighten your back. Take a deep breath. I think Jordan Peterson mentioned that in his book (such a bore to read though so I never finished it). Whenever I do that, I feel more in control of my thoughts and emotions. So try and see if it works for you.

basically "focus on what you can control and the rest will come" exercising is what you can control. How people react to your physique is out of your control. If you apply that mindset, then working out for the sake of validation will just make you miserable (it is true for everything though).

I have. she turned out quite boring. OP is just repeating the sidebar here. nothing much new. it's always more complicated than that tbh. and no, you shouldn't "avoid" these girls or block their numbers. as long as you don't marry a hoe who gives a shit what they do

Life is a game of cards, you play with the hand you're dealt with buddy. At least you have hands and wrists, imagine trying to pull chicks with no arms and legs. Yet there are people who have to work with that. Realize what you have and work on what you lack as best as you can. That's about all the advice I can give

how would you treat a child acting like that? You do the exact same thing here

I posted a link above if you want to read. I think it's good to experiment with your own body to see which amount works best for you. Science is a source of data to draw your conclusions from, not the gospel. Nevertheless, there's obviously a financial incentive behind encouraging people to consume more protein supplements.

There likely won't be much of an issue if you hit your calories goal and exercise frequently. Personally I find it easier to stick to a diet with the proteins lowered a bit than the 1g/lb figure.

The studies that came up with 0.6-0.8g were carried out on pro bodybuilders too and they found that amount was enough to prevent muscle loss. Im referring to protein in a cutting phase since OP was talking about getting ripped and low body fat here. I think it's reasonable that if you want to grow more muscles you'd need to up that intake. I've gone with 0.6 - 0.8 for my cutting this year and found it's much more manageable and enjoyable, while the result was better than my last cut. Still, ever…

Another tip: 1g of protein is a myth and quite impractical to follow, usually requiring whey protein or eating a ton of chicken breasts or egg whites. There have been dozens of studies done on this topic (look up 1g protein myth), the actual number is closer to 0.6-0.8g.

Even if you left, you have come there in the first place. There's probably witnesses and evidence about you coming to her house. She can still make up a fake story and put some bruises and scratches on her body and your life can get ruined. Leaving is right, but a camera or recorder helps

Personally I'd carry on as if nothing happened. I would enjoy my meal as if she wasnt there and maybe have a chat with the waiter/ waitress too. After that I would cut the date short if that behavior continues and soft next. I dont think making a scene out of the fact she's on her phone will solve anything. She's showing you she has low value to you, there's no reason to be upset or react to it

it would be great if the top posts filter could filter results by year and month or all time too. otherwise I have no problem navigating it

ignore. amplify it's generally always a bad idea to get into an argument with your boss. Nod, carry on and prove them wrong with your actions

you are right in a sense. finding your true purpose and being happy without women is the ultimate goal. however it is not easy to do either and will take more time than just finding another chick. I think of finding a rebound as a short term solution like you said and it's important not to get too attached. it can be useful to build up confidence and realize that AWALT - once you have that mindset oneitis is easier to get over

it's not easy, but you can do it. finding another girl (or multiple) is the easiest way to cope.

Yeah I see what you mean. My point is no hobby is by itself "boring" because at the end, you're doing it for your own gains and not external validation. If OP wants to discover new hobbies that can help him get some women and enjoy himself in the process, there are options for that. However for picking up girls, the problem isn't his hobbies

Dont spar hard. And thats actually common etiquette that a lot of newbies dont know. Youre not at the gym to fight or boost your ego, your partner is there to help you improve. None of you gets paid to have brain damage. Agree with your partner to go 50% on your power whenever you spar. Wear headgear preferably one with faceguard to avoid cuts and bruises. Most of the training done at the gym are conditioning anyway. If you feel youre not up for sparring, just tell the coach

I moved in with my LTR when I started moving out too. She pressed me about it, saying i wasnt serious with her and like a beta cuck (i was), i agreed. After swallowing the red pill she's not my LTR anymore. There are just too many cons about it and the other guys have all explained it to you. If you want to look for someone to share rent with, better find a friend. It never works with women

Universe 25 is a pretty interesting experiment done on mice. You can look it up because Im too lazy to summarize it here. It has a lot of similarities with the current climate, especially the demoralization of males

One. You be the chad if you want. Girls arent my goal in life. They are an addition. They are allowed to join me on my hobbies. I don't base my hobbies around girls and neither should you. Two. I like boxing but it will be difficult to find a girl that's seriously into it and you can't exactly do it together. Kayaking or swimming are fun activities that you can both enjoy, useful in showing your physique and is convenient to escalate.

Cooking, gym, TV shows, movies are all good hobbies that women relate with. Especially when you cook for them, they will want to be your girlfriend. I do barebow archery too and introduced it to some girls. All of them loved it. The problem here isnt your hobbies. It's you not liking them enough and being insecure about them. That makes you boring. Start kickboxing if you want, or perhaps kayaking, swimming, they'll help with your fitness. But like I said, your hobbies aren't the problem

tell her you appreciate what she did for you, then offer to treat her a drink as thanks. imo giving up after rejection is beta. That shouldn't even phase you because you'd still be expanding your roster in the mean time (as you should). if she still rejects, forget about her until she contacts you again. Remember to be chill and don't act butthurt

My last girl was introduced to me by a female friend. I have no attraction towards her (my friend) whatsoever, she and I have a group of friends that frequently hang out and go to pubs and bars. Beneficial for sure

Ive seen some interviews from the 1950s - 60s on youtube. The women there were very well spoken and polite

It is indeed a good way to let out your feelings. Practice writing every day. Write what makes you feel horrible, all the negative feelings you have about an issue, a person at work or a relationship that didnt work out. After you finish writing it, end with "I CHOOSE TO MOVE ON FROM THIS AND BECOME A BETTER PERSON". Then you burn it, bury it or throw it in the trash. It will make you feel like an entire burden was lifted off your shoulder.

too long, didn't read but here's the advice for you: read the sidebar first there's always that "one girl" and we have talked about that topic to death. Move on, 4 billion women on earth. Find a better one and make them regret seeing you being happy and with more value

there are a number of reasons: substances like alcohol, porn abuse, or anxiety... that shit happens sometimes. best to just forget about it and carry on. if she doesn't want to give you a 2nd chance then there's nothing you can do about it besides focusing on yourself. better luck next time

it's a number's game (5'8 Asian so you know you have someone kinda similar). Having an athletic body + being financially secure is just a small part. There are also other things: confidence, charisma, looks, fashion sense, and of course, luck. The rate for success is not high, but you can increase it by meeting more people and only text the ones that seem to have high interests right from the start. Read the sidebar again or some books for more about this topic. The fact that you think TRP says …
