My husband and I have a secret language I can't even describe most of them because after 13 years they are just there and seem so normal. One of the best ones was that I was feeling bad my back hurt and he said go to the doctor you have a kidney infection. He was right he knew simply but the way I was acting. He also has a look he can give me that puts me a total ease in stressful or awkward situations. We also have our own language when talking about actors or actress, it really confuses people…

I agree and felt this way as well and it wasn't just Reddit it seemed extremely hard to find like minded women everywhere. I have lost friends and family members because of the way I live my life. I have had some pretty awful things said to me, but I am happy and that is all that matters, but I still really wanted a voice because i knew there must be some other women like me out there. So with my husband's approval I started a podcast, radio is something I always wanted to do, and I love it. I h…

Aww that is very sweet. I had a similar experience the other day I cried when my husband left for work. I was just so sad at having to be away from him for eight hours.

Stay strong and good luck with your weight loss surgery. If you think that you can continue to put up with him being with other girls, if that is something that you can live with then yes stay cross your fingers and hope it all works out. But if you feel like you deserve to be in a relationship where you are valued and feel secure. If you feel like you can find someone who wants to be with only you then yes leave. It all boils down to what you are willing to deal with to be with this guy. Only y…

Sometimes if I have an issue that I just can't leg go of I word my approach very carefully for example " That is a great idea but my concern is........." " I am worried that ........." If I word things somewhat like that it seems like more of a worry than me questioning his decisions. Then the thought or concern is in his head.

Hi and welcome I am not sure if I have a right to say as I am fairly new here to but Welcome anyway. Whenever I have a situation in which I disagree with my husband, I stop take a few big deep breaths to clear my mind and remind myself that I am not good at the bigger picture stuff like him. I always try to think of it not as losing control but as an opportunity to show my husband that he comes first. Thinking of it this way as really helped me and it might help you as well.

Sweater dresses with leggings and lots of girly colors. I also try to take extra time to curl my hair to look more feminine. I also use a lot of the boot liners with furry or lacy tops sticking out. Good Luck !!

I would not argue with him on these issues and then if there is a problem or an overage it is on him and not you.

My Husband and I lived together for a month before we were married due to my living accommodations at the time not lasting until the wedding and I was a little disappointed afterward because it felt like nothing had changed. I think your decision is a great one and you put a lot of thought and reason into it. Why worry about what others think if you and guy are happy and you ar putting him first that is all that matters.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
