Of course there are a lot of horrible men out there as well, I don't want you to think I am just bashing women here. I have met a lot of good women in my life, I've had female friends who were lovely people. The best manager I ever had was a woman as well. But from personal experience (and I have dated men too), I can only say something is wrong with the mindset of a worrying amount of modern women. I'm sure you can relate to a lot of what I typed. There's not really any advice I can give beyond…

Really sorry that happened to you... So I was sexually abused when younger and it's a tough thing to go through, never truly leaves you. All you can do is accept that that person was terrible and you move on the best you can. I truly wish you the best in doing that, honestly I would suggest perhaps getting therapy or a similar form of help if you haven't already. Some things you simply cannot heal from on your own no matter how strong you think you are. Sending you a virtual hug 🫂 Anecdotally I …

I broke up with my ex of 4 years when I was 19. I loved her incredibly deeply but she was very untrustworthy. She almost immediately started dating my best friend who stopped talking to me. So I lost not only the woman I loved but my best friend. Double whammy. Tried dating a few girls immediately afterwards but they were all so awful - sarcastic, bitchy, self-obsessed, entitled. Been single since, I've just turned 26. Had to reject a few women over th3 years as i just do not have an interest. A…

Yeah... Apparently if you don't like the idea of your partner having slept with close to 100 people, that means you have a 'fragile ego'. Nope just means you're a realist! Unless you're a porn star or prostitute that number is incredibly irresponsible & is a direct reflection of your reckless nature. Not a compatible long term partner if you want to settle down which this guy clearly does.

Personally I really enjoyed FC4, great location & some good missions. Don't remember there being any sjw stuff in it. Definitely worth a try IMO considering it must be fairly cheap by now.

Thanks for posting it again for me, sounds like ideal reading. It'll be a cold day in hell before I ever get married or have kids!! I'm 25 but got organically red pilled 5 years ago before I knew anything about it. Ex got with my best friend yada yada, you know the story. There's no going back once you see things for what they are.

Honestly you have dodged a bullet. Better now than a few years from now when she's knocked up and you're stuck for life!

Yep there are obvious things like avoiding smoking/alcohol/drugs, exercise, eating right (although diet is somewhat subjective), sleeping enough, avoiding sitting down for long periods. Underrated is having strong family ties & a being part of a community. I have recently started reading 'The Blue Zones Solution' by Dan Buettner in an attempt to improve my own life and like you I'm interested in lengthening it if possible. The premise is that there are certain areas in the world (blue zones) whe…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
