Once you answer that then ask why that is and continue asking why. It's pretty complicated, but the reality is boys or men are not treated equal with the perception that women are discriminated. It doesn't fix how men typically favor women and women very strongly favor their own sex. 2	Here are the options that us men have that I've come to realize Not sure on that one. That's why 'probably'. Current generation Japan isn't marrying by some absurd number. Men's biggest reason is they don't want to give up finances/security. Japan is also the only country I've seen use women only trains because men built a history of groping women on trains (idk if they actually still do that to a significant amount). Also... 1	Will things get better or worse in 2030+? When more men begin to graduate high-school, attend college, commit suicide, and abuse drugs to levels closer to women, then yes, at that point things will get better for men. Women in art production teams are rare enough that their presence alone is valuable to be refreshing and boost some morale. It's that whole sausage fest thing that doesn't work in parties. I personally experienced a massive job opening advantage for women in video game art production where it's really easy to compare quality of work. Not a fair job comparison because it naturally attracts men more, but nice looking women need only a disgustingly small amount of experience to get hired and it's gruesomely competitive for men (and even harder for east-indian men who preform fantastic work in North America).
