1	Went on a date, lots of touching and laughing, kissed her... but now she isn't responding to my text. I've learned that some women, people in general, are really bad with texting and responding to messages. Sometimes they plan to respond and forget, or it can be any other reason. It sucks to look at it this way but they don't really owe you anything, so don't get hung up on a response. 1	[FR] I went solo to a marathon/dance festival. I had a blast and met some cool people, no fucks given. You guys shouldn't give a fuck either. That's the one! I've definitely got to start surrounding myself with the right people. My motivation and confidence has reduced to zilch over the past few years. I'd be all about taking you up on that offer but I'm on northern Virginia, about an hour and a half away. If I ever make my way to Baltimore again I'll let you know. I was there myself, really cool atmosphere. I think this post really drives a point home that I've been pondering over recently. Most of my friends are unmotivated people who can't seem to break from their comfort zones and over time this lack of motivation has been rubbing off on me. 3	Depressed and confused...I honestly have no idea how people hook up, find girlfriends, get married etc. I agree with your sentiments, I really need to learn to love myself. I'm trying to wear this mask of confidence but deep down I know it's not real. I grew up being the butt of jokes, teasing, bullying, etc., and I feel this gave me the idea that I'm not worthy of happiness and that I'll never be great.
