1	Mediation next week The main focus should be on the children. All of the details need to be thoughtfully considered. If they are small, then you will have until they are 18 to co-parent with your STBXW. Financial obligations, schooling, medical costs, vacations, holidays, and college planning all need to be addressed, negotiated, and considered. 1	Mediation next week Custody agreements are not binding. They can be changed because of circumstances and life changes. They will have to be addressed by the court, though.
