1	Disputes while using a mediator? From what I got from my lawyer: just because one spouse makes more, doesn't mean the other gets alimony. The first and most important criteria is, will your living situation impact drastically after divorce - that is, where you making more when married but left your career due to marriage. If so, then you get alimony. There's something about being married over 10 years too, but not sure, as my lawyer made it clear I didn't have to pay any alimony.	/r/Divorce_Men	01/01/20 03:56 AM
1	PSA: If you are spending Christmas without your kids, here's how to make things easier. I downloaded the app and started looking for meetup groups the morning I decided to move forward with divorce. As I was doing that, I came across a comment made by a guy in one of those groups, that showed he lived in my small city (suburb) and was in the same field as mine. I DM'd him, we exchanged numbers, spoke on the phone for over 2 hours that night with our stories. I’m sure/hope other places have a divorced men’s group like mine.
