| 6 | Guys who pull..How common is it for women to equally keep the flow of conversation going.Nah, it sounds like you're doing good to me! If I'm preoccupied thinking of questions or answers, it keeps me from really listening and connecting. I'm so terrible at small talk and polite conversation. What feels better to me is focusing on connecting, being curious about who they are, what drives them, and being authentic and open myself (this is super hard for me).
