Increase your own self worth. If you feel you are worth less because she's pretty and you are out of your league, you will fail.

Only if they are shallow and think that it makes someone succesful

I think the problem is that if you try too hard without them investing into the relationship, you come across as needy. That doesn't mean you need to treat them like crap, that will attract the wrong type of women. Instead, try to not jus think 'I have to make her happy' but think 'what does she do that make her deserve my attention?'

Approach with the idea that you're interested in meeting her, but that you don't feel highly invested in whether she is interested in you. If she cares more about your opinion of her than you care about hers, you're good.

If you are grounded you should understand that it's just a way for her to see if you aren't faking. Best thing is to relax and not take it seriously. Do not act defensively. Do not become aggresive! You can agree with her with a 'wink' or 'test' her back in a light hearted way. If you feel overwhelmed, just be honest and own up to it. That shows healthy vulnerability. If she's simply mean or rude to you she isn't testing you, she's a bitch. Again do not become aggressive just stand your ground a…

I think this is a good mindset. It shows that you are non needy and willing to be clear about your intentions. That will filter out the type or women that won't match with you.

The issue is that you are too focused on yourself. ("What will she think of me?"). Instead the focus should be on her. ("I'm curious who she is. I'm going to find out now")

Being flexible and having good stamina and core strength helps a lot with different positions. Setting a good mood, and knowing when to be assertive or submissive to keep things interesting is also a big pre.

I don't get this because women also don't go on dating apps. Probably 75% of users are male

If you want to be most efficient in dating and reducing women it helps it you put a lot of effort in your appearance. Going to the gym, taking care of your skin, clothing etc.

If you are pretending the women you like need to conquer you, you're missing the point of the book. The point is to start seeing yourself as a valuable person that doesn't need the approval of others, without being narcissistic (which is just a veneer to hide low self esteem). If you value yourself why would you need to pretend? It needs to be genuine.

I never said being nice is boring. I said being overly nice and predictable is boring
/r/seduction08/10/24 11:21 AM

Being too nice is boring. Women are more attracted to men who can lead, create emotional tension and have an outgoing fun personality. If you are always nice they see you as weak and not sexually challenging.

I wish I had the perseverance to work out more. After a day of work I'm not motivated at all to go to the gym so I end up only going like 2 times per week. I'm pretty envious of guys who're able to drag themselves to the gym every day and get results

The point is to stop making assumptions of what women are 'in your league' and just go out and meet new people. Your goal shouldn't be to have sex with the first 100 women you meet but to build confidence and social dynamics. By doing a lot of approaches you become more comfortable with talking to women and flirting.

So you didn't try it. Start actually doing it and then come back. The more often you do it, the more normal it becomes. You Have some time off on a Sunday? Go to a public spot like a city centre, ask 3 people for directions. Give yourself a high five every time you talked to someone. When you see an attractive woman, give yourself a pep talk "ok man let's do this!" Walk up to her and say something like "hi I just wanted to say that I really like your jacket (if she wears a cool jacket), it looks…

How much did you try? Do you approach a stranger every day, every week? Did you do it once 3 years ago?
/r/seduction16/07/24 09:11 PM
2

If you have trouble approaching in a direct way, maybe try to ease into it by doing something more 'safe'. Go up to a woman and ask for directions (even if you know the place). Do that a couple times to get comfortable with opening your mouth to strangers. After that just give simple compliments, without committing to a deep conversation. "Hey, i just had to say, I really like your T-shirt" or something like that (be genuine), wait for her response and then just say "have a nice day" and leave. …

Calling someone a slut in general is pretty derogatory and it's best not to use that term. A woman can be sexually adventurous but still committed to a single guy. If you're not comfortable (yet) with her sexual fantasies you should talk with her about that.
/r/seduction17/04/24 04:46 AM

I can try that. The issue is that it's hard to motivate myself to find more hobbies. Besides work and going to the gym I'm a little lazy. I hope I can find something to do that I both enjoy and that gives me the opportunity to meet women.

I'm also visiting Japan for 3 weeks (currently in Tokyo). I met a cute French girl on a bar crawl. She was constantly eying me and we talked on and off during the tour. We kissed and after she wanted me to come to her hotel. We tried to have sex but I was way too drunk so I didn't feel anything and went soft. So we just went to sleep. She had an activity planned the next day and left early. She told me she'd like to hang out but after her trip she told me she was "too tired".Now I think she's gh…

Just being good looking and being a cool guy doesn't mean you're entitled to having women like you. It comes down to personal preference and whether you have a genuine connection. You can try building more report and see who really connects with you

Your looks are much less important than you being a rag. Stop trying to please women and be more assertive.
/r/seduction07/09/23 01:33 PM

179cm is pretty average in Europe/North America and quite tall in Asia/South America. You shouldn't consider that to be a weak point. You compare yourself too much with fake standards from TV/the internet. If you constantly think "I'm not as hot as Brad Pitt" or course you get depressed.

I don't know many people that approach women on the streets, only guys that also learn pick up. But it may differ from place to place.

Did you make out with them before you came to your apartment? It's important to escalate smoothly throughout your interaction. If you haven't even done as much as hold her hand or hug her and you go for the kiss already, you're going too fast. Try to make small steps in physical contact when you meet her and use playful push-pull. When she seems uncomfortable just stay calm and don't overreact. If she notices you're uncomfortable she'll get 10x more uncomfortable too.

Try to socialise a bit as soon as you enter the venue. That makes it less awkward.

One great thing you can do is trying to spice up the conversation if she's talking about something boring. You can say something like "oh babe, I love it so much when you talk about x", if you do it in a very over the top way, looking in her eyes. High chance that she'll realize she's been rambling. That way you create a playful tease. If she gets quiet you can try to escalate, depending on how she responds.

The best way to move forward is not to focus on whether or not you should do this or that or you won't succeed in life. What you should focus on, is just doing what you enjoy. You can meet people anywhere, at work, doing sports, going to concerts, group vacations, you name it... If you geniuenly enjoy doing something and you keep an open mind to be social and have fun, you can definitely make friends, meet girls, etc. I started doing volunteer work at a community bar when I was 25 and now I'm pl…

Looks are definitely a pro. Personality wise I think being approachable is important. If you're very closed, guys will probably not approach you often. Give them the courage to do so by being being friendly and interested. Smile and make eyecontact.

Your insecurity is like a red flag and is probably the reason she felt incomfortable. Women can easily detect that. If you are nervous the best thing to is just adress it ("hey I'm a bit nervous but I think you look cool" or something). Or just work on your confidence. If you believe that it's uncomfortable or unnatural to compliment women, you're already 0-5 behind.

I personally find them useless cashgrabs. They hide your profile so you have to pay for matches (and you still barely get any even when you pay). Plus dating apps (especially free ones) are extremely oversaturated with men.

I decided to read the first two chapters of this book and I'm sorry to say this, but this book reads like a bunch of nonsense pseudo-science. Now, I'm not a psychiatrist or anything similar, so I'm not an expert on this topic, but I felt the underlying ideas are inspired by the ideas of psychoanalists like Freud, whose ideas are seen as non-falsifiable and therefore unscientific. I don't want to discourage anyone reading this book to improve on their personal life and their relationships with wo…

Imo it's better as a guy to focus on approaching women, than making yourself attractive to get them to approach you. The fact that you have the balls to take risks and show your interests is already a very attractive thing. Being active and taking initiative is a manly thing to do.

Night clubs work if you are very direct and can be fysical right from the start. You need stand close to women you want to meet, and talk into their ear. Or, initiate the conversation by just starting to dance with her. If you have that connection you can always move her to a place in the club where it's more quiet. If you're not confortable with that type of setting, going to more chill bars, is definitely a great option.
