1	It’s about time Exactly. Our child support card isn't accepted by the light company, the phone company, our kids pediatrician or pharmacy; can't be used to buy a money order to pay rent. We can use it at the gas station and grocery store though. Yes, we'll fill up the car with it. Yes we'll buy the kids Lego's with it. Yes, we'll make sure every one the house has decent clothes with it. Because that's what it's for.
