Hahaha I found my twin, I am doing improv classes for 2 months now. I had social anxiety still do a little bit. I love failing and bombing on stage, it gives you confidence. I have opened up a little bit with doing improv, right I am trying to respond more emotionally on stage and bring that to real life. Most of the time it's self improvement that helps you better at improv. Hey OP I'm an Indian just like you who does salsa and improv, highly suggest both of this.
