| -1 | Why the fuck is this a suggested post?A lot of the biggest firms, particularly tech ones, will engage in hiring practices that favor women and other minorities. Clearly there is a benefit in such practices either explicitly or implicitly, or else they wouldn't do it. And the idea that companies can hire whoever they want is core to the mostly free marketplace many countries employ.
