| 6 | FDSers who are married to or dating HVM, what brought you here? This community has really helped me examine my own internalized misogyny and pickme past. I knew my past behavior was based on a lot of insecurity (from family and other relationships) but I didn’t recognize that I was also groomed culturally to be a pickme. I identify myself as liberal but found myself confused in the last several years whenever topics of sex, kinks, etc would come up. If I’m liberal shouldn’t I feel comfortable with the idea of women sleeping around, posting nudes on social me… | /r/FemaleDatingStrategy | 16/09/21 03:24 AM |

| 5 | Breaking things = domestic abuse. It’s physical intimidation that counts as DV.Exactly this. I had an ex who would punch holes in walls whenever he would be on the tail-end of a losing argument with me (usually when he was trying to control me). And guess what? It worked. I wouldn’t go anywhere when he would do that because it would scare me into place. I didn’t want to find out what would happen past that point. | /r/FemaleDatingStrategy | 12/12/20 08:06 PM |
