Since I resonate somewhat with this post (half Pakistani), I might as well throw in my two cents about this subject. I believe you're completely right about the idea that the issues that reside in most Indian men are originally rooted from the behavior of their parents during childhood/teen/adult years. I also believe that there's this certain scarcity that is implemented in many individuals (not just Indians) that rebelling against their family ones in order to commit to their "real" selves wil…

I have no idea man. I barely post on Reddit. I got one message from some other guy last time I posted on this subreddit, but that's about it. Montreal is really good in terms of getting an appropriate social circle of your taste, not sure about other parts of Quebec.

Haha I'm half Pakistani & Iranian. :-) Yes it is natural hair. I don't really get too attached with what is posted on social media man. I haven't posted on Facebook for months. On Snapchat I just randomize. Instagram I post frequently because I get tagged like every hour of the day by friends on pictures so I get the habit of [being on Instagram] posting whatever I feel like putting up. As for the lifestyle, I've been actually going out a lot the past 2-3 months. But ya, I agree if I wanted to m…

Thanks for the compliment brother! Haha yes the "ugly phase". It was around 2 years ago so I don't really recall how I felt about it, but I do remember using those elastic bands that you basically put around your head... Sort of like some of the soccer players do? I wouldn't worry too much about it. Hair will be grown again, and you'll look great again as long as you take care of them.

Posting in this thread because I actually have long hair and I can tell you it's one of the best decisions I've made for my "aesthetics". Anyone that has seen me with before having my current long hair (second straight year with long hair) will admit to me that my current hairstyle "fits" me much better than when my hair was short. I really love my long hair, and I'm not going to cut it for a job - seriously. Honestly, I never had a single person tell me I should cut my hair or so because it act…

Been doing it for nearly 7 years now. Separate days for each muscle, I go as high as 6 times a week easily. The muscles that I'm lacking (biceps, triceps, traps) compared to other body parts I usually hit them more than once a week because I want to keep that proportionally aesthetics. As for nutrition, nothing fancy - but I kept what I eat consistent throughout the years. Rice, pasta, chicken, salmon, rice cakes, granola bars, almonds or sunflower seeds, oatmeal, eggs, bananas, and that's reall…

Haven't really done any major repairs yet, but oil changes are done through Service A or Service B (one of them has to be done every year, basically). I'd say I pay about 300$ for each service (dealership will rip you off big time). I've had it for nearly 3 years now, it's been good to me (so far).

Hey man, living in Montreal too. The snow today is really depressing haha. It's crazy that I'm facing the opposite problem; I have a car (Benz life) but I live with my parents still. It really is limiting to the soul. Planning to move out within a few months, after I earn my degree and get a job in my field. We'll see how that goes.

I gave it a lot of thoughts in the past concerning this subject of discussion. Best explanation I can come with is the Oedipus complex, where my mother has lighter skin (Iranian type) and I'm attracted to women with those traits. However, there are beautiful brown women out there, and my eyes certainly will catch them; but the majority of them do not appeal to me. I think everyone has different preferences. I've met white guys who are not attracted to other white women (or vice versa); they pref…

I don't see white women or anyone as a "status symbol". Being born/raised in Montreal, white women are everywhere so I never had the issue. I think most people who are born and raised in U.S./Canada, in spite being children of immigrants, do not face that issue. The issue lies in countries like India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and other south Asian countries. The lighter skin you are, the more attractive you are (under the general public's preferences). Go take a look in Bollywood movies; most female…

I'm not generally attracted to brown women, so I understand if he isn't attracted to Pakistani women either. It's just a question of preferences, we all have those. Nothing wrong with that.

Yeah it's one of the reasons I never watched that show because it makes me cringe at how they ridicule the brown man in that show. As for your friend, I don't think depending on having a good looking body will turn everything around. However, it'll be boost your confidence and self-esteem, thus increase your social skills and then enable you to communicate with women frequently. The brown man often goes unnoticed in this North America society (due to stereotypes); hence why it is necessary for h…

Can't look beta (in spite of being brown) when you're 6 feet, 190 lbs with 8% body fat and know exactly what the fuck you want from every encounter with women, behaving the way you decide to behave. I think once an individual has reached that point of muscularity and maturity, his skin color becomes less of a subject of discussion.

I seriously don't think you should be thinking about women (in the way you are) at 16. In my opinion, you should be focusing on your physique, getting through high school, thinking about college (or whatever career path you wish to take) and then perhaps work on your game from there on. Don't worry about this phase in high school, you'll realize later in life that those girls were a joke during that phase; too young, too naive, too stupid. Best advice I can give you is to focus on school, take s…

Yeah bro, I was lucky enough to have an older brother who went through the journey early on and I learned a lot from his experiences. Never think that you can't get better, because you can and you will. Don't take her too seriously, be playful, appreciate other women's presence in your life, use the push-pull strategy, don't lose focus on important purposes in life (school, career, self-empowerment, etc) just because of her - just the basic knowledge to keep in mind. I know you're in college, bu…

Hey dude, Half Pakistani/Iranian here, but born/raised in Montreal/Canada [23 I am]. However, I still understand from where you're coming from. Hit the gym seriously. I've been serious with the gym since 2009, and I can tell you that being muscular is going to boost your confidence a lot. Also, finish your degree, I'm becoming an Elec. Engineer after this semester and I can assure you that you will feel good about yourself knowing you got a degree with good potential jobs out there. Women will c…
