That isn’t paradox at all! There is a Swedish study which shows if women have equal rights and are allowed to do what ever they want they go for social jobs and not mint! Only in underdeveloped countries women go for mint because there it is a real chance for them to get better off. Otherwise they would go as well for social jobs, that’s how women are wired...

Maybe you want to try the 16/8 fasting diet. It helped me loosing 30 pounds and keeping weight stable. During 8 hours eating and then a pause of 16 hours. Well and avoiding carbohydrates and doing some training will help as well.
