LVMs will talk about the wall and then talk about how men age like wine, like no dude you'll be a fat balding nasty pasty ass dude bar crawling in pattaya hitting on underage ladyboys

This got me thinking. Ultimately no, because calling my husband my best friend feels too diminutive of our relationship. It goes well beyond what friendship could possibly be. I also have female friends and my husband can't replace my bff either. I need female companionship.

Taken men don't need close female friends. It's simply not appropriate. Their partners should be their best female friend.

He lies. None of his ancestors watched pornography. I know many men out there who are committed to the fight against pornography. He is coping.

He clearly fails as a provider. Why should she be the homemaker?

I don't believe in male friendships. What can a male friend do that a HVM can't bring to your life???

My dad was the one who did the christmas magic at home. He'd set up the tree, make the foods, put up decorations, wake up with me on the 25th zt 5 am to check if santa showed up... Been over a year since i last got to see him because of covid travel restrictions :(

I remembered making a thread in a facebook dating advice group about how higher ammounts of premarital partners in men reduced pair bonding abilities as well as increased incidences of divorce. It generated a lot of butthurt. Dudes saying stuff like "uhhh hun men with more sexual experiences can please women better". I told them that on the contrary, men with many sexual partners are typically more set in their ways and won't learn, they assume that whatever "worked" on previous women would work…

Up until the 18th century in the west, only women were allowed in the birthing chambers. Which was why aside from priests, midwives were the only ones capable of performing catholic baptism. The moment male doctors were allowed into this realm was when we saw maternal mortality rates skyrocket. I have two kids. When I gave birth, I asked my husband to stay in the corridor and give me privacy. It was just me and the midwives in the room both times - I don't have a good relationship with my mother…

HVM enjoy getting intellectually challenged. My husband also pointed out something the other day; HVM are deep down aware of the fact that a pickmeisha will always be one, she is unable to live without male approval - if he were to have children with her, and something were to happen to him, there's a chance that the pickmeisha will forgo the wellbeing of her own children in order to please another male. In that sense a HVM will want to go for a self confident woman who can stand on her own.

It's a good way to detect narcissists. Not playing ball with conversation is a major red flag. He'll make it all about himself in the relationship as well.

My condolences. I don't think i'd even consider dating again if mine passed. He got me used to a certain standard and I don't want to wade through LVMs to finally hit a diamond.

Trust me ladies; a HVM will think for months ahead about what to get you for Christmas. And he'll get you multiple things. You should never be a man's afterthought. Your self respect deserves better.

This is interesting. I am of partial Vietnamese ancestry and from my understanding, generalized stoicism was seen as masculine and that included not talking much. I believe that this was the case for most traditional cultures. My husband isn't very talkative, doesn't post or comment on social media so he's always had this aura of mystery and calm to him. This is a trait that I actually enjoy, especially seeing so many dumb dudes mouthing off online. Men should just spend more time in quiet conte…

Most guys aren't into gift giving. It's more of a woman's role to ensure that particular social function happens. In my family the women always get larger piles of gifts for christmas etc because women are more preoccupied with gifting each other things than men are. He definitely shouldn't neglect giving you gifts but otherwise it's more or less your responsibility - with his finances, ofcourse, since you're gifting on his behalf. Wishing that he felt awkward feels a bit controlling. The quicke…
