There's a lot more to it than oversized...the drill scene dominates right now and a lot of people are still wearing skinny jeans. As for housing, I suggest spending time in the neighborhoods you're interested in to get a feel for what they're like. Depends what your scene is and what you want to get up to after work. Depends on the type of woman! There are all types in NYC. My look and fashion is NYC hood and that appeals to a lot of women in NY since hip-hop dominates the street culture there. You can, but you might have more luck if you're sitting or both doing the same activity. Look for signs of interest too. Idk just be natural. See what comes to mind.
