He should just be honest and say that he finds them more attractive than women his own age.

Wheter you like it or not you'll have a prenup. The question is whether you prefer to rely on those imposed on you by the government, or create your own agreement together with your future wife.

Some, but most seem obsessed with sex.

My lived reality tells me that most men are good at talking but are too lazy/don't care when they actually need to take action.

Tbh the loneliness thing is real. Something like 15% of men have zero friends and 20 or so have very few. Loneliness does kill people, just look at the suicide rate as one way it can hurt men, but honestly, all the women and bp people I talk to are correct. Men need to pull themselves up by their bootstraps. Politicians nor the general public care about it, and even if they did, what can they do? It's impossible to force grown men to make friends they have to want it themselves.

We all do. Women are also more likely to work public jobs like teachers, social workers and nurses, jobs that keep the welfare state running.

I think Chatgpt explains it quite well. "Spousal support (what is usually referred to as alimony) is very rare in Sweden: Swedish law generally promotes self-sufficiency after divorce. Temporary support may be granted in exceptional cases*, for example, if one spouse is unable to support themselves immediately after the divorce.* This support is usually short-term*, intended to help the receiving spouse transition to independence.* \Example: If one spouse stayed home to raise children for 10 yea…

To be a stay at home wife in Sweden is pretty rare. I'm 34 years old, and I have yet to meet one in my entire life. It's actually pretty taboo, most feminist see it as a betrayal of the previous generation of women that fought hard to give women the chance to step out of the home and join the workforce.

There are no alimony laws in Scandinavia.thing works out pretty well her. We don't have single moms begging for coins by the side of the road in Sweden. If they're able to work, then they have to work. If not, the welfare state will take care of them.

Well, sometimes conspiracy theories turn out to be true. I doubt astrology will be seen as something factually true in the future.

You should try and let things from the past go, but it's always not that easy depending on how much those people hurt you and if you never did the work needed to get over it. You can't just wave a magic wand and say all is now good.

I think location can have a lot to do with it. Women and men in bigger cities tend to take care of themselves better.

I wouldn't say that OnlyFans has freed women from the porn industry it has just taken a different shape. You have OnlyFans taking a 20% cut, and then there are agencies, some of which are known to pressure women into performing extreme sexual acts they don’t really want to do, taking an additional 40-50%.

I don't think Lily did anything wrong or that she is a bad person like Johnny Somali. You can't compare the two. She was used and abused by those around her for monetary gain. She needs help but sadly there doesn't seem like she has anyone around her that can do anything about it. Her parents support this degeneracy and even help arrange these events. How can people watch that documentary and not see that she was abused?

It was rape. I hate when people call it sex. There was nothing sexual about it. Guys ejaculating on her face without consent or the guy that continued because "his time" wasn't over. All the men involved and her team should be in jail. There is a limit to what you can consent to and this went way beyond what is acceptable in my opinion.

The dating culture in Sweden is radically different from the way it is in the US. Paying for dates or opening car doors doesn't really happen. At least not something I've ever done and it has worked out alright for me. Dating overall in atleast in my friendship group normally happens after sex. You meet, hook up and if you want to see more of each other you start dating.

Its been rising for a couple of years now for both men and women in Sweden. We have more mothers having kids at 40 or older than teenage moms. This is for first time moms. Average age for a first time dad is 34 years in Stockholm. In more rural areas its about 32. 2015 the average age for a first time dad was about ~30 so there is an obvious trend.

True but it is becoming more common. Younger men are having fewer kids and older men are having more. Probably because women are waiting longer to have kids.

This is true and I agree but my post was about fertility.

Interesting. The articles I've read all describe male fertility as declining over a period of time as the man gets older but my point still stands when it comes to genetic defects but yes fertility does decrease although it is not the same as it is for women. There's nothing wrong having kids in your 40s if you take precautions. We live longer and are more healthy than we were 50 years ago. I always recommend people to freeze their eggs or sperm just in case you decide to wait a bit longer. I fr…

Male fertility doesn't really work like that. Men lose fertility over a longer period of time. It doesn't shoot up at 40. Its a couple of percentages each year. When it comes to defect and problems the chances of it actually manifesting is minuscule even if there is an increase of problem occuring. Sometimes a dramatic increase. Lets say the odds of a certain disease manifesting is 1% with a younger couple but with older dads that can be 1.2%. Its big increase but not really something to worry a…

It is mostly coping from some women that can't accept that men and women aren't equal when it comes to fertility. She is right when it comes to the pool of available women that want to have kids with older men but I see way more men having kids when they are 40+ than women. Not even close. As an example my father was 41 when I was born and 48 when my brother was born.

I dont. Only thing that matters is policy and actual material change. Feminism has become a word without any real meaning and is understood differently depending on your political views. I also think that its meaningless when men call themselves feminist and actually dislike them more because of it. If you ask them what changes they have made in their life to empower women and work towards equality they are rarely able to give a good answer. Oh and I have known men that call themselves feminist …

I agree it should be legal but that doesn't necessarily mean that it should be legal to pay for sex. My personally I subscribe to the Swedish approach to prostitution.

Are you mad at the lion for eating the zebra? As you wrote yourself it is in female nature. You cant blame them for acting the way evolution has made them.

The whole thing about men having kids late is just cope from women because they realize that men and women are not equal when it comes to fertility. The moral question about it being responsible about having kids later in life is another question. Sometimes it's not the mans decision if he wants to have a kid or not. If the woman wants to keep the kid its not much he can.

Have you ever met an Iranian woman? Mild mannered does not come to mind. All the rest is like in the West. Depends on the woman. All the women in my family in Iran have total control of their family. If they say jump their husbands will jump. Also if you have a problem with cosmetic surgery you will be disappointed. Good surgeons though.

/r/PurplePillDebate01/09/24 08:00 PM

Stop worrying about other people and work on yourself if you're not getting dates. Don't waste your time feeling sorry for yourself. I did and I'm now in my early 30s aiming to reach my max potential. Going well so far but wish I would have started earlier in my twenties. Use the information you have to your advantage. It's meaningless if you don't use it.

Ah sorry I just read it as arranged marriage. Normally in these kind of cultures that i mention they skip the relationship part and go straight for marriage after dating for a year or so. There's no five years of being boyfriend and girlfriend and then a four year period of being engaged before getting married. Arranged relationships are normally not a thing. I had something similar happen recently. My cousin was introduced to a man that our families thought would be compatible with her and they…

What do you mean by arranged your marriage? Just turning up to the wedding and getting married without having met the other partner? These days, in some cultures, it just means that Family A asks Family B if they have someone that would make a good match for their kid and if they say yes they set them up on a date. If things go well they can continue dating for a while before deciding if they want to get married or not. I personally wouldn't do it but I can see the benefits of it if you really w…

I think you misunderstand the whole 80/20 think and so do many people who actually believe that only 20% of men are dating or desirable by women. The 80/20 thing just means that women on dating apps find 20% of men not unattractive. Interesting thing is that womens rating of mens attractiveness becomes whole lot more realistic when they meet in real life. A man that is rated a 3/10 on a dating app becomes a 6/10, or whatever his true value of attractiveness is, when men and women meet IRL. So no…
