What worries me about this is that women have a stronger in-group while men have a stronger out-group bias, to put it simply, both men and women care more about women’s well-being than about men's well-being so while you can definitely find enough people who are willing to take privileges away from women for the sake of advancing men's rights (where it's necessary ofc), getting the majority of men on board with that idea is going to be a real challenge.

I only started hearing about patriarchy around a year ago when Armin Navabi criticised the argument and compared it to the God of the gaps argument where everything we can't explain is instead explained by the God argument. This is not 100% related to this or false accusations, but one thing I've been seeing everywhere recently from movies to games, to news and everywhere really, is that when people talk about a woman, they still sometimes call her a girl even if she's in her 30s while a male who just became 18 will never again be called a boy unless it's being used as an insult.
