I really love the narrative of this post. It brought a new perspective to the field report. Nice written.

Well, the fun thing is, you're the one that is going to set the vibe. And part of that vibe COULD be let's have fun and no expectations. I am not sure myself how you would do that (different values/beliefs/etc) but ultimately, you set the tone/vibe and it's up for the girl to go along or leave. Either way, you win. gg. :D

Setting expectations. Are you sending signals that suggest you want an LTR? You may not be aware of it at first, but there could be. I am not sure what style or approach you do, but that could be the case. Something I learned from professional life is that you should always set expectations. So, in this case, the girl SHOULD know that you're not looking for a LTR. This can either be done by flat out saying so, or you can intertwine it into your method of seduction. Either way, if you feel like y…

Sometimes girls are attracted to some people and not attracted to others. It could just be that your friend is targetting a more specific set of girls and getting good results while your focus may not be as specific. I definitely get that vibe from how you describe it. He could just have a good gut feeling about who to approach and who not to approach and then work base off that. Also, there are asian girls that only date asian men, or asian girls that only date white men as well, so it kind of …

Maybe the polarizing lifestyle doesn't necessarily have to be the micro (like how to do an action differently, like keeping eye contact, or something) actions, but it could be more like the activities you choose to do and how you spend your time. For instance, you instead of watching TV, decide that you want to learn how to woodwork and take it up as a hobby, carving things and what not. That would be polarizing because it stands out as a trait about you that makes you different. I'd like to int…

You put a good point out there. I think the problem is not the fact that you're reaching out to them in social media, but that you're getting to know them more through their profile, but you're not interacting with them. You can go read all their posts/pictures/tweets and such and then you start to form this mental image of who they are in their head, and it feels like you're getting to know them, except you're not actually interacting with them, and that's what messes with people's heads becaus…

What he is saying is that he didn't engage in behavior that makes him come off as needy. He noticed that he was making qualifying statements for himself, which means he was trying to qualify himself and his time with the girl, which already puts you behind. This isn't good. He noticed this behavior based on the way he framed his sentences. For Example: I really like pizza Well, I mean, I like pizza but I don't eat it all the time. The difference between the first and second is that the first jus…

Read through the post expecting a typical lesson. Post exceeded my expectations. Great realization. man. Question: I am very intrigued about the idea you presented "I decided to continue the date for myself and have a good time." It's a solid mindset to have I feel, but sometimes, understanding what that means can be difficult. Could you elaborate further on how you employed this? How do you have a date that's all about you? How did you do this during your date that night? EDIT: Added the commen…

tip I give people who are severely repressed is to compliment ladies at the drive through. Is it awkard and unnatural at first? Probably, yeah, but blurting out "you're cute" and driving away like a bitch is a pretty easy step. Best thing I've read yet today. I'm totally doing this next time I am in a drive thru.

This was a clever way to introduce yourself to both targets. Adding this to my arsenal of tactics. nice Field report. A great success story.

I agree with this. This is personally a great field report to read because you didn't score in the end. Maybe I don't browse here enough, but most field reports I see end on a high note of #close or k-close or any other kind of close. This time, you took us through a date that didn't end "successfully." I find it personally more inspiring because the results didn't add up. You laid out everything you did and you reflected on lessons. I feel like if I read more FRs that weren't more like victory …

Enjoyed the read man. I like how you described something you overcame and further described a mistake you made, fully realizing why it happened and acknowledging it. Excellent report.

Giving up an upvote because of your name. Good movie. Also, I really liked how you broke this down. Simple, yet when I read it, I was like "I am glad I read this and someone took time to write it down."

Awesome post man. I have done some study on Buddhism and Daoism and they certainly make their way into my game and approach as well. Keep it up brother.

I agree with what your saying, except for one part. Therefore everything needs to change, including your environment that is around you. I don't think you necessarily need to change your environment, but rather change how you see your environment. It's all about your attitude. Yes, you can change the clothes you wear, the items in your room, the hobbies you participate in, etc, but the real thing in action is that you don't see your environment the same anymore. It's all mental and it's all in y…

I definitely like this view. It allows both parties to not be at fault and yet end with the same result. Now, how the girl goes about rejecting is a different story. But the simple fact that it is a rejection is based on circumstantial context. For instance, they had a bad day and don't want to talk, or like ImKumarYo has said, they have a boyfriend already. Timing is everything, and unfortunately, without being stalkers, we can't know that we're jumping at the right time or not.

SO TRUE. My shy and timid nature makes me a lot of times not the main man on the scene. I justified this by the right girl will notice that I am not one of the "obnoxious" loud guys who hog attention and they are attracted to that. But now I know better.

What? You mean that Emma Stone won't approach me when I am being antisocial because I stood up to the school bully? Dammit.

"Just because there is a goalie, doesn't mean you can't score." (the comma is an intentional pause) Edit: But seriously, I would just find an excuse to continue to engage with her. Things will go from there. And if things end, just move on. =)
