It's extremely hard in any state. And typically the mother has to request it because of issues like abuse and then a judge has to approve it. That last part is even trickier than getting the mother to comply because the state doesn't ever want to be responsible for the wellbeing of the child. So if you're a normal dude who isn't abusive, don't get your hopes up.

First off. I, nor anyone here, said that it was OK to assault a police officer. Two, you still haven't provided any evidence for your statements. Three, this isn't an issue of "burden of proof" here as its on the Internet for the world to see both sides. Put the weed down so you can make some sense bro. I don't think a single person is arguing that the female is in the wrong for kicking the PO. HOWEVER, the PO is also in the wrong for kicking a retrained suspect in the face! There is NO wiggle room there and I'm not sure how you cant see that. Police Officers must hold a high standard of themselves and they are not exempt of the laws.

Being that I myself am a female combat medic I think most here are taking the female role in combat too lightly. Again, not defending Hilary's statement. I agree with most of the comments here. But there are enough women who have and do face combat to at least be acknowledged.
