I'd be gone, more for lying to me than anything else. If the cheating really isn't that big of a deal why would he lie about it? Lying is a slippery slope, if you're willing to lie about one thing chances are you're lying about something else. To me, a good spouse is someone I can trust, and if he's lying to me about things I can't trust him with anything else.

If they're saying sexual things before you've even met I would say that's a big red flag for me, and shows they are most likely only interested in casual relationships. Like others have said ,you can just decline any further sexual talk and explain that you want to get to know him better first. If he gets mad or gives you any sort of sassy response, drop him like a sack of potatoes and move on.

It's immensely frustrating and can almost feel hopeless, but I promise you that you will regret it a lot more if you compromise on your values for these men. I have a few friends that caved to hookups to be with the men they liked and they got dumped as soon as the guy lost interes…

This is most definitely crossing a line. framed it as a safety measure in case he got injured while biking or to see how close he was to my place when he's on his way. Admittedly, part of me wanted the app so I could feel more secure knowing he isn't cheating. He agreed to download it without resistance, although he found it a bit odd. I have the app set up to notify me whenever he leaves certain locations (home, work, friends' houses, my place), and I sometimes text him to ask what he's up to o…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
