1	[mini-FR/question] crash and burn I think there's really only two things you can do about a situation like that. You either make sure you never get into that sort of situation (always make sure you have the proper level of energy and motivation when you head out, etc.). This means vigilance and preparation. Or, you learn to be successful with that sort of disadvantage. Muster up as much anxiety and paranoia as you can, and try going out. Think of it as a game.
