This is true, but find the weakness in their argument and pick away at it. Those are mutually exclusive statements. It doesn't appear you grasped the point.
I'm not sure you've ever argued with a mod, much less an admin. "you have been muted" / "your account has been terminated" They have a bully pulpit and use that power with impunity.
