The reason interest rates are typically a lot higher with student loans is cause there is no collateral. With a mortgage or car loan the bank can seize those assets and auction them off if you default. What are they going to seize with a student loan? Add in resistance training. Calisthenics or weights or both. More muscle you have the more calories you will burn every day to maintain that increased muscle mass. I've been doing 20 sets of resistant training and 30 minutes of cardio 4 to 6 days a week since March and I went from 19 % body fat to 10 %. Just downloaded and app called fatsecret. It's got a bar scanner and lists of damn near every food item at a grocery store. Really helpful to track calories. Just started exercising last week. It's not just losing weight. And I love eating so I'd rather exercise. But really just general health. I'm in my mid 30s and I can feel my body slowing down this past year or two. Not as much energy and put on an extra 10 or so lbs. Just want a program don't have to go to the gym. Figured I better get on it now before 5 more years go by and my over all health declines more.

From what I've read before, there was a statistic that said only 13% were "happily married". So half end in divorce and out of the rest there's an almost 1 in 10 chance of being happy. Sounds like shitty odds to me.

The whole argument is basically that women require less food and burn less calories than men. Therefore it would lighten the load significantly for the rocket to get there. That is important. The problem though is what is the trade off? You would have to be laser focused and be able to handle extreme amounts of mental stress, make fast decisions and keep your cool. I have 50/50 and still pay 600 a month. Pretty lame. It reduces your obligations, but not eliminate it. Family Court will never be reformed. Woman's organizations always fight it and in most states these judges are elected. Lawyers and these woman's groups grease the palms for their election bids.
