1	I feel like damaged goods When a healthy person realizes a relationship is unhealthy, they end it. It’s that simple. That’s the response an emotionally mature person makes when realizing this. No need to beat yourself up. Society seems to have a hard time accepting that a man (how dare he) can and many men do divorce their wives. Standing up for yourself and being more than willing to walk away is the only way to reclaim your personal power and have any agency as a male who is in a western marriage.
