Hey now, don’t knock attendees your grandparent’s age. Attendees your grandparent’s age often have grandsons. Grandsons who are single, who they would love to set up with that lovely young woman they met at church

Go to church, even if it’s all just older people. Make sure to casually mention being single Many of those old folks will have grandsons who are single, and would jump at the chance to set him up with that lovely young woman they’ve gotten to know at church

Around normal men, that’s great strategy Around engineering students, they’ll often be so scared of being the guy who mistakes friendliness for flirting that they’ll write off any and all flirting as just her being friendly Except for the ones who she really wants to avoid, who will do the opposite I say, having been in their shoes 15 years ago

Churches are kind of a good news, bad news situation Bad news: a lot of churches are predominantly older people Good news: a lot of those older people have sons or grandsons who are single, and they wish would find a girl

A lot of men get nothing in their 20ies other than hostility and rejection, so in their 30ies they likely have a huge chip on their shoulder and gave up. Or they discover younger women will date them now, and due to that shoulder chip they feel no obligation to date women their own age

100%. I’ve been around awhile, I was on TRP starting in 2013 when I was in my mid-20s 1 has always been true 2 has definitely held true for me, as I’ve entered my 30s and got married 3 has been my observation too. It got a lot worse after The_Donald got shut down and a lot of guys looked for alternatives on Reddit

You and your boyfriend have a negative cycle, as you described in the title My wife and I have a similar cycle, where I get triggered by her emotions and display a freeze response, and this triggers her anxiety, she gets triggered, I get triggered by her triggered-ness and freeze even more, she gets more triggered, I get more triggered. You get the idea. We're working on that Step 1 is for both of us to recognize when we're in that cycle, stop, breathe, and try to figure out a way out. Triggers …

To add to what /u/santarosa2020 said, don't discount volunteer work or other venues that mostly have older women. Those older women frequently have sons who are single, who they wish would find a girl, and may be eager to set you two up. Which is roughly how my spouse and I met.

I've been here since 2013. And while it has been a pleasure, this isn't the end. Hundreds of thousands of young men have been red-pilled here, in the last 6 years. As a result, these young men have stopped flailing aimlessly, stopped serving the feminine imperative, focused on themselves, and begun building themselves. Their businesses, their brands, their bodies, everything. In the coming decades, men whose eyes were opened here will rise. They will be generals, senators, CEOs, presidents. In 3…

I've been here since early on (was one of original 5000 subscribers, on my previous account) In the early days, there was still a lot of "discovery" happening w/ respect to TRP theory. It was possible to have an experience and write a FR/rant about it, and have it be "new". Made for interesting discussions, back in the day. An honest FR or rant can still be useful for the writer, in terms of getting blunt feedback, and for new guys. But as you've noticed, numerous pages of TRP are clogged with b…

What /u/wantonton said. Sometimes you have to slap guys upside the head a little, to get them to come to their senses. Fundamentally, I can't tell someone how to stop being a loser...I can point them in the right direction (the sidebar), but I can't solve their problems and give them a set of steps on how to "become alpha". First thing an EC has to do is get people's head on straight. And digging through your comment history a bit, I would have to agree with them. Until you can get your head on …

Not an EC, but I've been on TRP since 2013. and are more interested in calling people retards, or losers, or blue pill cucks, rather than actually helping them. Blunt truth: for most of those lost boys, that's exactly what they need to hear. It's what they are, and it shows when they try to argue with the advice ECs give them. It was exactly what I needed to hear, once upon a time. The first step in solving a problem is admitting you have one. If you're a pathetic loser looking for help, your fi…

DON'T post relationship advice unless you are a master! I definitely get the idea, and agree with it, but: there's this thing called the Dunning-Kruger effect In the field of psychology, the Dunning–Kruger effect is a cognitive bias wherein persons of low ability suffer from illusory superiority, mistakenly assessing their cognitive ability as greater than it is. The corollary to the Dunning–Kruger effect indicates that persons of high ability tend to underestimate their relative competence, and…

Several reasons, among others Historically, alpha genes didn't necessarily mean surviving and reproducing. A skinnyfat beta who had high disease resistance would beat out an alpha who didn't, for example. You get half your genes from your mother. All else being equal, many of the genes which make a woman more attractive will make a man less so, and vice versa. Height, face structure, testosterone level, and so on. If your mom fucks an alpha but you got her genes in the wrong places, you'd still …

Three basic reasons, I think. We're mostly male. Men lean right compared to women, regardless of TRP affiliation. Among other things, we focus on undoing the evils brought about by modern feminism. While "anti-feminist" =/= "conservative" in the strictest sense, you're not going to see a lot of anti-feminist liberals. Some of the concepts on the sidebar, Donald Trump exemplifies. I could write a thesis about holding frame, with respect to Trump and the 2016 campaign.

I haven't tried it but I heard there's an app that is like an alarm but it only wakes you up when you're in light sleep, so that it's not so groggy and a drag when your alarm goes off. To add, since I didn't really give any advice yesterday. Yes, you should absolutely focus on changing who you are. You've come to the right place for it. Don't lie, don't hide it. If a high-value man hears a tattooed woman say that "the past doesn't matter" and "a large partner count is not that bad", he will immediately assume several things: She's a gigantic whore Her looks are fading, and she's looking to lock in her "beta bucks" She's going to get fat and make his life miserable once she has a ring. Downstream, she's likely to put him through hell via divorce, child support, alimony, etc. The past DOES matter. A woman who tries to pretend that the past doesn't matter …

A lot of people get on a health food kick, and try to force themselves to eat non-filling food that tastes (in my opinion) like sawdust. The thing is, it is very, very difficult to force yourself to eat things that you hate. Your mind says "it's healthy", your heart says "fuck, that tastes like shit", and 12 hours later your asshole says "what the hell were you thinking". Short answer: experiment a lot. You owe her nothing, and you've already established yourself as a "friend" in her mind, nothing more. Bite the bullet, delete her from your Snapchat, un-follow her on Facebook, Twitter, and whatever else you use, and stop texting her. If she views you as a useful idiot (which is likely) and tries to bring you back into her orbit, don't follow. Sometimes the only cure for one-itis is to remove yourself from the person causing it, especially when you're early on in swallowing the pill.

The sad point is that a beta gets laid from time to time and thinks its because of his good behaviour. That was the biggest frustration of my late teens - early 20s. By dumb luck, I would have these moments where I was clearly doing something right, but then I could never duplicate it...I could never put my finger on what, exactly, I had done that made a girl tick. Also someone who earned the respect of a lot of people, like Niccolò Machiavelli. Again, any contemporaries? You'll need to qualify that some more. Hilary Clinton has the respect of a lot of flabby people, but I doubt she's high on your list. I sure as fuck hope not, anyway. Keep in mind also that many people, Machiavelli among them, don't earn that level of respect until long after they're dead. It often takes decades for someone's legacy to be understood.

Samson is an excellent example of a "natural alpha" with a blue-pill mindset, regardless of whether it's a myth. Strong dude, endowed with supernatural muscle. Falls for a hot enemy chick and marries her. Hot enemy chick nags him to death and shit tests him like crazy. If you loved me, you would tell me the secret of your strength. Over and over again. Samson finally gives in, and she betrays him for it with no regrets.

I hear you, because #11 doesn't jive well with the concept of pre-selection. If the desirable see me being undesired by the undesirable, I can't see that ending well. You want the undesirable to desire you, but to think you're so far out of their league that they never make a move. Edit "Unapproachable". That's the word I'm thinking of. You want to be unapproachable, not undesirable

Why does TRP acknowledge gender differences, but it hides behind some PC idea that all races are equal? Because racial differences are nothing more than random static compared to gender differences. Genetically, you have more in common with this guy, this guy, or this guy than you do with your own sister. The genetic difference between a man and a woman is 15 times greater than between any two men or any two women. Source

When the blindfold first comes off, everyone appears to be evil, calculating, manipulative, or just a plain old-fashioned imbecile. Was I more cynical initially? Absolutely. But fast forward a year from removing the blindfold and calming down from the initial shock. Most people aren't idiots. I get your point, but It's not that simple. If that was how it worked, very few marriages would last past a woman's 40th birthday. By almost any measure, the husband will almost always have higher SMV by the time the couple is in their forties. Even then, it's still the wife who initiates the vast majority of divorces

Maybe, maybe not. Some men will be high value and attractive in 10 years, but are currently nervous around women. If you're looking for a man who's currently HV, then your analysis holds. But if you're looking for a man who's a good investment*, you'll likely run into some nervous stuttering. *A good investment = his SMV might be equal or lower than yours now, but will be substantially higher in 10 years. Compared to yours, and on an absolute scale.

Not military, but am a DoD contractor and work directly with a lot of Navy and Air Force personnel. Some thoughts. If your bosses boss says something, fucking pay attention to it. "Why wait" isn't the issue. Not paying attention to what your BC said, that's an issue. Did your NCO or CC know what your BC had said about promoting you himself? If not, you should have run it by them first. If I'm your CC and I promote you, when my boss wanted to promote you himself, that makes me look bad too. Never…

She cooks me all my meals, keeps the apartment clean and has decorated it amazingly. It's telling that sex isn't on that list. To be fair, she is managing to add more value than some women. Did I make a big mistake? I look up to people like Dan B, and in a few years I am going to be making big money ($300k plus). All I want to do in my dreams is have a bachelor pad and bang hot chicks. I miss my old life. So yeah, you probably made a mistake. But that doesn't automatically make divorce the answe…

albeit jealous, possessive, overspending and demanding she is a pretty good house wife all around Have to ask...how is she a "pretty good housewife"? This sounds a lot like the Endowment Effect. In a nutshell, people tend to overvalue what they already have. Sounds like that's what you're doing.

Your dad has no leverage to regulate your mom's behavior, unfortunately. On the other hand, you might, especially once you've moved out. If your relationship w/ your mom is something she places any value on, you have the ability to play hardball. If nothing else, you can make clear that if she puts him through divorce court abuse you will cut contact. "You will never meet your grandchildren" is probably a much more potent threat than anything your dad could come up with.

If nothing else, mix cement with the water in your bucket at a 1-to-1 ratio by weight (1 pound of cement for every pound of water) Your buckets will be a hell of a lot heavier, and won't splash everywhere...and you'll pay maybe $0.05 a pound.

Survival of the fittest applies to religions just as much as to species or individual organisms. You have random variation in "the rules", be that DNA or a religions's holy scrolls. You have competition with other individuals or religions, which determine which DNA or holy scrolls get passed on. Like living organisms, the religions which happen to stumble into the right set of rules (or DNA) are the ones that survive...and like living organisms, members of a religion might not know why it works …

To add to that, this light-up alarm clock has worked wonders for me: http://www.amazon.com/Philips-HF3520-Wake-Up-Colored-Simulation/dp/B0093162RM Basically, 15 minutes before the alarm goes it slowly starts lighting up...then when you're actually waking up, it's already fully lit. Expensive, but worth every penny.

It's not my first time though. I have been trying for months Technically no, but elsewhere you said you've been on TRP for four months...you're still very new at all this, trust me. You've read the sidebar. Ok, great. You've been lifting and running. Very good. How much time have you actually spent focused on yourself? Are you picking up hobbies? First, everyone falls the first time. Your experience is nothing out of the ordinary. Second, you've talked about your height, race, and clothes. How fit are you? How much do you weigh? Finally, the internet is littered with stories of girls dropping IOIs on dudes who didn't realize until years later...it's possible you're not yet capable of picking up on them

Basically, to "doxx" someone is to out them in real life...once a SJW knows who you are, he/she will try to get you fired from your job, expelled from your college, or worse...based on the offensive things you write, or even just the fact that you participate in a "misogynist" group such as TRP. This was pre-TRP, but Google "violentacrez" for one of the more infamous reddit cases

Funny story. A buddy of mine is from Saudi Arabia. You know all those "patriarchal" rules they have? Turns out, the main proponents are not religious nuts, but older women. For older women, covering up from head to toe is a small price to pay if it means your husband never gets to ogle pretty young women. Women not driving? Makes affairs harder. Women always have a male relative with them in public? Ditto Picture every fundamentalist Muslim rule for women as an attempt by older women to restrict…

She died several months after certification when she crashed on approach to the USS Abraham L…

Check out the story of Dutee Chand. Chand is a young Indian woman who's a world-class sprinter, and has very high testosterone. No steroids, just a natural level that's much higher than average. What happens? She gets disqualified for having an "unfair advantage". So...you can DQ a woman who's natural testosterone is high for having an unfair advantage, but you can't say that men are stronger than women.

Semi-related question: Bold and Determined recently had a glowing review of Ostarine, basically it's supposed to give you most of the benefits of a steroid without actually being a steroid (and all the negative side effects that come with) Question is, do you have any experience with this? Thinking about getting some, but a second opinion is always good.

Two points to add: Listing all the "privileges" of the opposite sex worked extremely well for women, as a tactic against men. If your enemy is kicking your ass and you try to copy his tactics, you will lose. His tactics are geared toward his strengths and your weaknesses...if you copy him, you'll be using your weakest areas to try to fight his strongest areas. Your odds of success are negligible What are men's strongest areas in the fight against feminism? While I'm not certain, composing lists …

There's another piece to this. Chubby chasers, or Captain Ahabs, do exist. They're the guys who legitimately find fat women more attractive...not many, but they exist. In the old days, the number of fatty fuckers and the number of fat women was roughly equal, and they would naturally seek each other out. Fat women were a niche market, but as long as they only went for chubby chasers they enjoyed a reasonable amount of SMV. Today? The supply and demand for both skinny and fat girls are completely…

People who are experts know how to be concise, because they know which details matter and which don't. People who are novices don't. I would expect a novice to overwrite when asking a question. He doesn't understand yet which details are important and which aren't, so he includes them all I would also expect a veteran TRPer to be a able to summarize that writing in 1/3 the space...having been around, you understand what you do and don't need to include, and what will just confuse people. Have you analyzed the trade-offs? Let's assume you stopped coaching, or cut back enough that you could do the housework during the day without feeling like you're dying. Assuming no other financial changes, how long would it take for you to save enough for the down payment? If you cut back or stopped, what would you be saving money on? As higher percentages of the mainstream start adopting TRP and it's self improvement practices, is there going to be a point where RP men start opting out of SMV improvement due to competition? In the short term, maybe. In the long term, no. What happens to the women when men turn to TRP en masse? Step 1: their beta orbiters start to disappear. Step 2: the men who want marriage/kids etc. start to disappear. Note that steps 1 and 2 are mostly concurrent Step 3: the women start to panic, though th…
