I was 15. He was 23. I didn’t realize how fucked up it was. He was the brother of one of my “best friends”. At the time, I didn’t know or realize that she would befriend and bring girls home to him that he would like. I hope to run them both over with a truck one day.

The state should have no say in the “morality” of the procedure, give. That church and state are separate, and the fetus a technically a parasite and unable to exist on its own until about 26 weeks gestation.

There are many reasons why a woman would choose to abort. One of which is the man high tailing it out of there. Or birth control failing. Or my favorite, stealthing- which is how my first child was conceived. There are also many medical reasons, the list goes on. If a man willingly has unprotected sex with a woman, he should be financially reasonable for it if the woman chooses to carry it. Point blank.

Men are wholly responsible for impregnating women. You literally can not produce a baby without male involvement. If you produce a child with a woman, why should you not be financially responsible for it? I don’t understand.

Men don’t have to continually fight for the rights of their own reproductive systems. Some personal differences from my life- I work in management in a heavily male dominated field. I have 10 years experience and 2 advanced degrees. Prior to this I worked in commercial construction management. Women in these fields have to work 2 or 3 times as hard as the men in order to be respected. It is automatically assumed that I have no idea what I’m talking about. Yes, 78% of homicides are men. However, most of those homicides are men who are not intimate partners killing each other. With homicides among intimate partners- 70% female, 30% male. Rejection killings aren’t tracked, but they should be. Just go ahead and research the term “rejection killing” and let me know how many female culprits you find.
