Fortunately they're both pure fiction in your case.

It kinda does, actually. She's taking responsibility by terminating the pregnancy, thus eliminating pain and suffering.

Fortunately, no babies are killed by abortion. A zygote, embryo or fetus might be, but they don't get to use a woman's womb without her consent.

Despite the best attempts of some religious fundamentalists, yes. I'd like to keep it that way.

A zygote does not deserve to override a woman's decision to use her uterus as she sees fit.

Yeah I never denied they get it the majority of the time, but men do get some sort of custody unless they don't want it or are pieces of shit.

I don't have a problem with it at all. If a woman doesn't want to be an incubator, she shouldn't be forced to. I know as a man I woke up and a mad scientist (or God, for that matter) implanted a uterus and a zygote inside me, I'd suck that clump of cells out so fast it'd make your head spin.

Men get full custody if it's deemed the best situation.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
