Well what you actually said was that I felt "entitled" to those things and you've now moved to "having an expectation," which are different things. I expect my partner to do lots of things--be faithful, love me, support me. I expect our values to roughly align. And yea, if it's something I want to do in the bedroom, I expect her to be as open with me as she was with others.

If that's what I was interested in and she chose not to do it despite doing it with past boyfriends, then yea we would have a problem. But ultimately she's free to have her rules and I'm free to have mine.

I don't feel entitled to anything. She's a free independent woman who can make her own decisions about who she sleeps with, what she does in the bedroom, etc. And she's free to change those rules if she wants depending on who she is dating. I've never once thought a woman's sex as something I am entitled to, or deserve, or earned, or whatever. But on the other hand, I am free to have my own boundaries for a relationship. And if a woman wants to impose rules on our sexual relationship that weren'…

I guess I don't understand the part that says "that policy suddenly vanishes when it's something they don't like"

What is something they don't like?

Honest question, what is your central purpose in posting here when you are just going to make up wild assumptions about the person you're interacting with and not listen at all? If you're just going to "100% guarantee" things about people as a method of arguing with them, can't you just make up these people in your head or something?

That's super immature and insecure You keep saying this. But it's a policy I've been more strict about as I've grown more secure with myself. I don't want to be the guy that has rules imposed on him that very clearly were not imposed on other men. I've been on both sides of that dynamic and I'd rather be the guy who she doesn't set rules for. As I've grown more confident and secure with myself, I've become more comfortable with setting that boundary.

There are a lot of different ways to make it, but it's usually just sautéed beef + mustard and sour cream sauce, and then put over a bed of noodles. I like to make a gravy from the juices leftover from the beef, though.

Beef stroganoff, I was born to live in squalor in an eastern bloc country.

How do you know she lowered her standards? What does she look like? How much does she weigh? How much money does she make? How does all of this compare with him? When did these two meet? Why are you automatically assuming she lowered her standards without knowing a single thing about the other party? Beyond that, she quite literally didn't get "sex zoned" by virtue of the fact he's in a relationship with her. Yea, he seems to probably be a piece of shit. Nothing about what I've said suggests wom…

What on earth about my comment suggests an older dude can't cheat on women? Are you sure you are responding to the right message?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/02/24 07:17 PM

I have no clue what any of this has to do with my post lol.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/02/24 07:14 PM

a) This has nothing to do with what we are talking about b) That "methodology" for finding an average person is ridiculous c) Most of the men in the comments were still saying they'd fuck them lol

The bar needs to have open, communal spaces. It's best if there are some sort of games there as well. You need a place where you can mingle organically. Also, wine bars in downtown areas will always have great ratios. You should go with friends, particularly ones that are halfway decent at talking to women. If you absolutely do not have that option, then go to a happy hour at the bar of a nice restaurant. That's about the only setting where I will go by myself. It has good ratios as well and gen…

If you are ONLY getting sex zoned from your matches then the obvious answer is that you've set your standards too high. It's a good problem to have with an easy fix. But getting 1-3 likes per day is 30-90 men interested in you in just a month. I highly doubt 100% are only interested in sex. I don't understand how this is ever equated with men getting zero interest whatsoever.

Love the message, it's a good thought to have. The problem, historically, has just been a lack of abundance. I feel like my strength is very much the conversation and the date itself. But getting a girl to the date seems like an act of God. They flake, they ghost, they overbook--like all of this is extremely common in my experience. And at that point if I make an effort to reschedule, I think it comes across as needy. It's very easy to say that you should just have the attitude of being comforta…

This has been such a difficult lesson to learn. And I'm still not good at it. I feel like the most miniscule baseline interest comes across as needy to a lot of women. It's like you have to be outwardly and intentionally disinterested.

If you succumb to fleeting temptation that has major negative repercussions on your life, that's on you regardless of what gender you are. Men might be seen in a slightly more sympathetic light under equivalent scenarios because the man is taking a risk for something he very likely has little of (access to sex) while the woman is taking a risk for something she already has abundance in (access to sex). Doesn't make it right, but I'm guessing that's what's happening. Not sure if that addressed wh…

Crazy women are the ones that chase hard. That's why it's generally very successful for them. Men are not accustomed to being pursued like that. And so it's much harder to resist when the option is served up on a silver platter for you. Most are just succumbing to an easy option, not specifically attracted to the crazy. But I do think in some rare cases a guy might be attracted to something along the lines of the manic pixie dream girl.

I mean who really wouldn’t want a person to deep clean your house every week, do all your laundry, raise the kids, handle all household admin duties, iron and lay out your work clothes, have breakfast/dinner cooking when you get up/come home, and send you to work with a home cooked meal? And all you had to do was work the same job you did as a teen????? I generally agree with you but this is kind of a silly way to put it.

Like someone said in the other thread, this is just kind of silly if there are no kids involved. Regardless of gender, this isn't a lot of work if the couple doesn't have kids and I can't really see how you could justify one person doing this while the other has a full time job. I feel like the video is ragebait, because it's just a laughably small amount of work. In all probably like 2-3 hours and a lot of that shit doesn't even need to be done every day. "Changed our flights"--Cool dude.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
