I never paid attention until I saw a MGTOW vid explaining women who drive cars, perform no maintenance and turn a new car into a piece of junk in a few years until I experienced it. I had a 96 explorer up until last year and I still would have to open the door to confirm the engine was running because it ran so smooth. 2 women I dated had cars a few years old and the clicking, clacking and grinding made me cringe.
