No. In the eyes of the Lord, its all sexual sin. There is no respect of persons before the Lord - just as these women are physically and mentally impacted, the men are equal in guilt to the consequences they have wrought (and the women no doubt allowed.) They ARE spiritually equal. There is no verse in the bible that you can show me otherwise, I dare you. I agree with quite a bit here, but encouraging (especially overweight people) to walk 40 kms per day is bad advice. Thatll wreak havoc on their joints, and will eventually injure them and discourage them. Even if they worked up to that much regular exercise its simply impractical to walk that much distance, unless its made a semi regular event e.g. every other weekend.

A good way to maximize fat loss is to add cardio before eliminating calories. Which is to say, calories should be cut last when plateauing.
