You're the one missing the point. Courts can only find you "Guilty" or "Not Guilty". Innocence has nothing to do with it. To use your example, its as if Person A, who actually did commit the crime was found not guilty because there was not enough evidence. He's definitely not innocent in an absolute sense that in our example we know he did it, but by your standard he is innocent because the court found him not guilty. Does the NAVY have wifeopotomi like the Air Force did? If you ask me Female on Male DV in the military is a far larger problem than the other way around. Saw way too many buddies ruined by their "wife" who did nothing but spend all their money and get fat and cheat on them.

Yup. In another 10-15 years there will be no men left in young education. Its not worth the chance that any random person can ruin your life with no evidence at all. I recently stopped by my high school I graduated from 10 years ago. When I went there was close to 15 male teachers there. Now there are 3.

Agreed. But people don't see it that way. Sheltering homeless people is seen as "giving free money to people who don't deserve it why dont they just get a job". But putting people in jail? FUCK YEAH THEY DESERVE IT LET EM ROT! We both know which costs more in the long run. But people don't care.
