I really did feel sorry for her reading the first couple of posts. She’s very open and transparent. But then in one of them she let’s slip that boyfriend who ghosted her was “backup”. Maybe I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt and say she’s just trying to be cool? Girls having “rosters”, backup guys, and other things described as chauvinist / fuckboy behavior is en vogue right now. But idk.

That guy is a champ. As a man and as a father. That woman needed therapy a long time ago.

Hey this is the second post that I’ve seen you needlessly playing devils advocate on. And your points aren’t good and come across as adversarial. If you have nothing to constructive contribute here, I’d ask that you leave.

Thank you for sharing this video! Very eye opening and informative. The experience of the one dude “all of a sudden becoming a bad listener” was hilariously ironic. Brings up an interesting question: do Tran Men engage in “toxic masculinity” after transition? And conversely, do Trans women engage in “toxic femininity” after transition? In this users social media observations, it’s definitely a yes to the latter!

Also, let's be real here... He's open palm slapping them from a defensive position; I didn't need to see that second part of the story to figure that out.

I bought the Schick Hydro yesterday. Was pretty darn good, but I would love it for someone to educate me a bit more on the Dollar Shave Club and how it works. I prefer to do something and get it over with and not wait for stuff to come in, I also shave twice a week or so, is this something for me?

What is the primary demographic of consumer goods in the West?

It's a few things, like other posters have mentioned below, but, it's also a key display of one of the biggest weaknesses/double-standards in the feminist agenda, especially in the West... Feminists are quick to point out the sexist trope that is women are "damsels in distress", but don't actually do anything other than pointing it out. This idea largely gets throw out the window once women have to struggle, be held accountable, or have responsibilities that are outside their comfort levels. In …

Just to add to this - the responses of some of the veteran posters on that sub typically read like the incoherent ramblings of someone in a manic state. And they get upvoted to the moon! Ha!

The comments in the original thread are hilarious too. Everyones fixated on the "youngness" of the trans girls. The female commenters are so quick to take the womans side and give her the usual toxic reinforcement that they come across as super transphobic.

It’s quite sad. I go on that sub for a laugh occasionally post for fun and getting them to turn against each other. That particular poster doesn’t seem to be quite right in the head. She/he either deflects, “see the sidebar”’s, or goes off on a passionate nonsensical rant that screams mental illness in a Rose McGowan-sequence way. Feel free to browse through some of my post history for a laugh.

Holy shit! What the fuck is that?! 95% of the threads on that subreddit refer to a “he”, i.e a female posting about their adultery. So even these shitheads are given a safe space and men are not?

At least she recognizes that it's a dealer breaker for guys that she's a slut, instead of the whole "don't judge me by my slutty past" bullshit. 100% agree Sadly even with her honesty, some desperate beta is still going to wife her up. Given the above, I'd say it's fair game. Would be interesting though if she ends up with someone similar to her with plenty of notches on his belt.

I used to be a management consultant and some of my clients would only allow us to use laptops that they gave us. Naturally, that meant I traveled to and from client site with 2 laptops every week at the airpot. People would comment/give me looks all the time. I would make light of the comments with responses such as "yeah, certainly makes for inconvenient travel, haha" or something along those lines. What you see here is a VERY insecure and petty individual. If people like THIS rise to leadersh…

Yes, I am 27 and I have had to do this once already and will likely have to do it a few more times moving forward. My only caveat to all of this, and it makes me more justified in my position is that I never EVER impose/express any red pill, mgtow stuff on my friends. If I have had to cut them off, it's been because they were berating and harassing me for my choices. If they're gonna get there, they'll get there, if not, then let it be and hope they don't make you pull the trigger on the friends…

Absolutely! By their logic, this type of behavior endangers men (bad), assumes women are weak/need protection (bad) and also reinforces the patriarchy (bad)!

Yes, but it's also easy to get discouraged at larger companies when you do nothing for them from a diversity POV. Example: Lets assume the average performance prior to promotion at ABC Corporation, a Fortune 500 company headquartered in NYC, is 70/100. There's one spot left for promotion. I (cis, straight, white male) perform at 77/100 and she (cis, straight, white female) performs at 71/100. Who do you think is getting the promotion?

On AskMen, there was a question along the lines of "married men, how many of you wish you were single?" and like 90% of the answers were variations of "never". Based on my real world interactions, I'd thought that number to be more like 10%. Reddit is not at all representative of the real world. Here's another example of that.

Lol probably the stupidest bunch of people on reddit. Honestly, I don't feel any sympathy for them even if they are feminist puppets. If you look at the stickied post on their page, you'll note that they are basically anti MRA and pro feminist. The only thing that's stopping them from calling themselves "r/malefeminists" is that they think they'd offend feminists by calling themselves male feminists.

Haven't they already made 2 or 3 different "female James Bond" movies? I feel like I've seen the usual 'strong female leads' like Charlize Theron and Anne Hathaway in movies that were being marketed as such.

I had a female boss who was a year older than me and 2 levels higher. I had been at my company for less than a year, she had been there for 6 years. She had just gotten promoted to Manager. A week into the first project that she managed, with me being under her, I asked to speak to her one on one with the intention of being taken off the project. I was told: "Wow, I didn't realize that you were so sensitive" to which I responded "You give me a lot more responsibility and criticize me a lot more …

Maybe they have reached out to celebrity women and they have declined the invitation? Ah yes of course. This show is totally sexist... right... Just a month ago, they had actress-turned-feminism-activist and champion of misandry, Natalie Portman, on there.

says "you don't have kids, so you're probably at least a little gay, huh?" Wondering, can't you report to HR for this? Reverse the sexes, and this is a typical "chauvinist" comment that gets you at least written up.

I have also been doing this for years, but then I noticed something recently having moved into a new "younger-friendly" doorman building in manhattan. In every instance where there is a female in front of me leaving the building (say about once a day), they women never EVER hold the door for me. In fact, they barely open the door for themselves. I always just wanna scream "YOU AND I WERE JUST IN THE SAME ELEVATOR! YOU KNOW IM BEHIND YOU", but i can't because toxic masculinity.

Yeah I feel like this is like several girls I know except turned up another notch. I think the headline about them not doing the prenup, even if it wouldn't do much, was the first, very suspicious sign.

It's mostly that sub. Example I've countered: X is annoyed that Y curses a lot in everyday life. If X is female, the responses are: Wow Y is so immature You should seriously reconsider this relationship I would issue an ultimatum If X is male, the responses are: You should seek therapy Perhaps you haven't actually taken time to listen to why she's inherently frustrated with you and the relationship You shouldn't jeopardize your relationship over something trivial, you're overreacting

The thing I don't get here is that very few articles mention that this guy had some kind of actual mental retardation. http://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-43875321 Directly pulled from the article... Mr Minassian had previously attended a school for students with special needs in north Toronto, former classmates said. He would be seen walking around Thornlea Secondary School with his head down and hands clasped tightly together making meowing noises, Shereen Chami told Reuters. But she said …

I am absolutely heartbroken that they have ruined Star Wars with obvious political agendas. It's a terrible feeling knowing that even my favorite movie series (which I own an embarrassing amount of memorabilia of) prescribes to the same new culture that does nothing but discourage/dismiss my demoraphic as useless, short-sighted, evil, etc. BUT... it's worth noting that all Star Wars movies have had some sort of political agenda going back to the original trilogy. Knowing this puts my mind at eas…

You know... you could probably change the word "women" to "men" everywhere in this article and it would be the most circulated evidence used by feminists to prove that a patriarchy exists...

Read the rest of it too: the guys wife was in a coma and he had a note from the heart doctor for a medical leave and the asshole made him go back to the hospital to get a same note so that he would approve the leave. #metoo double standards and victimization or not, that guy's a fucking prick. Job security and legal action are the only things that stop me from beating up my shitty disrespectful bosses (man or woman). Aside from my response to the poster above, we have shared some great times. At the same time, what kind of person would I be if I stopped talking to him/hanging out with him after an extensive history because of his increasingly negative behavior?

I won't lie to you, I had to think about that for a second. He's still one of the few friends I can have an intellectual, thought-provoking conversation/debate with. We have roughly similar professional ambitions and exchange advice. We're also from a very similar background and share a lot of laughs together. The other shit can just be very overbearing at times.
