1	Things Take Time Remember to keep track of things. For example, if you're trying to gain weight like I am, take monthly pics and measure yourself often; keep a spreadsheet, make a graph, and look at the progress you've made the past months. When you look at yourself in the mirror everyday, it doesn't look like you've changed much at all. But when you have comparable data from months ago, you can look back and say "yeah, this shit's obviously working, keep doing your daily thing bro."
