I've had some major issues as well. Mainly stemming from having a good upbringing for a world that just doesn't exist anymore. As they say, live and learn, but damn if the cost of the education isn't steep.

Some people seem incapable of making the distinction.

Women are incapable of respecting anyone they deem beneath them. Whether there is "reason" for their views or if it's just what their peer group of boss-babes tells them to think.

The term "foodie call" didn't just fall off the turnip-truck. Men are expected to play by outdated rules when the game has changed.

Certainly not a red flag without any other context. People process communication differently, and you are making a snap judgement IMO.

Sorry but this sounds like a losing situation. LDR rarely work as it is, and if it happy once chances are it will again. Just my opinion of course but I've been on both sides of a similar situation.

Maybe he's planning to gift you what you're wanting. Maybe not, but I've tried to use a similar tactic to not ruin a surprise. Just have to play it by ear I suppose.

A judge took away his parental rights, saying he “failed to demonstrate the minimum efforts… to establish or maintain a parent child relationship,” including not paying child support. Just wondering if such criteria for "being a parent" has ever been applied before. Sounds like something produced from the judge's crack.

Have to agree and disagree, once I turned 40 my thinking was, if I never get any more, I've had plenty. There is no satiation like that you have when not being a slave to "the drive". Don't get me wrong, I still have plenty of drive, it's just not "all consuming", and it's much easier to keep it in proper prospective. Of course it's different for us all. Whole heartedly agree with with the making money, can't see any downside to that.

I agree. You cannot comprehend how different your thinking and priorities will change over the course of that time.

This, didn't someone say "in all things moderation". I can't see any flaw in that statement, with porn or indeed anything.

I didn't say they weren't dangerous, but let's be honest here. If there wasn't a whiff of danger involved do you think extreme sports would be so alluring?

There is only guilty. There is no innocence after an allegation regardless. A false allegation is like the use of a WMD. The half-life of the fall-out far exceeds the life of the accused.

I see. That would make more sense to me, that he was booked on an actual charge and not on suspicion of such. I think it will be interesting to see how this case plays out, being both parties are men, and both have admitted violent acts.

"was booked on suspicion of domestic assault." How the fuck is anyone arrested for "suspicion" of anything?

Makes one think just how far she would have went with this if she hadn't be outed. Would she have let an innocent man spend a major part of his life behind bars so she could get her way?

I was jokingly asking if you would be betting on if this guy got the money or not. Sorry for the confusion. You invest in physical I hope.

Well thanks. I hope the guy gets his just deserts, but still betting he will not. Where do you place your money? /s

No worries. At times I have problems expressing my thoughts in written form. I like to blame public education.

I agree. I meant the parcel verse "children will lead them," and "think of the children," is a proxy used by those that would lead us or suppress us. Sorry thought the /s would make my meaning understood.

I'd believe the lawyer to be correct even if I hadn't seen it several times myself. But then you know the men just need to "man-up" and deal with it you know./s

End the absurd war on drugs, think of the children, etc. Someone once wrote, "little children will lead them". Maybe we're in heaven and to ignorant to know it./s

Yes it became clear to me after I got a little more age as well. Or I aged while working through the psychological trauma of having all that I thought to be right proven to be wrong, or at the very least, outdated. At any rate, to the younger generation of men out there I say have your fun, but trend lightly for now there be dragons.

FTA: "Today, young women are far more likely to pursue a college education than young men are. According to the New York Times, approximately 57 percent of all young people enrolled at U.S. colleges are women. That means that only about 43 percent are men." Gee that wouldn't have a thing to do with financial aid programs solely for women now would it. "Today, our society generally does not teach young men that they should be strong, noble, ambitious and eager to take responsibility." Can't speak…

Preservatives being present in the blood samples taken from the crime scene would have force me to vote for acquittal. So yeah I agree both of these cases were wonderful examples of prosecution custerfuckery.

From my understanding a biopsy would have been the correct course in any situation like this. I can not understand why anyone would proceed with this surgery with only a vision examination, expect maybe from utter quackery.
/r/MensRights24/08/11 04:58 AM

"During opening arguments, Robinson said Seaton had before the surgery initialed a document authorizing treatment in unforeseen circumstances." IMO this is a case were the treatment is worse than the disease.

I overcame my rearing to be a polite considerate person after I began working in the healthcare industry. After a couple of years and several uncomfortable situations, I came to the conclusion that projecting an air of utter indifference was the safest way to conduct myself. True this path has had some downsides, for instance being called “gay”,” stuck-up”, arrogant, “weird”, etc, but I damn sure will not be accused of waiting to butter some psychotic’s biscuit.

Speaking as a much confirmed hetersexual male I see no reason to become close, emotionally or otherwise to another male. For that matter, I don't see much use in forming an emotional connection to females. Of course I'm a cold hearted bastard so take it for what it is.
