I think asking her if she is worthy gives off an air of "I'm too good for you" Just saying "I haven't found anyone I have been attracted enough to have sex with" sounds much, much better. It gives her the opportunity to respond with an attitude of "I want to be that girl" as opposed to "I hope I am worthy".

Sorry, not the clearest. By feelings I meant the desire to have sex, right now there doesn't seem to be a way to get laid without upsetting at least one of them.

There is no squeaky clean solution to this one. You could try to choose one over the other, but it very well could blow up in your face. I'd say just enjoy the ride while you have it, even if you don't get to full on do the deed for a while. Feelings change, wait it out and let them come to you when they are ready.

Just ask to meet her. I try to keep my messages around two or three exchanges a piece THEN asking her out. Too soon and they seem to be turned off by it. Too far into and they seem to get really nervous and they already have an idea of what you look and sound like, how you deliver jokes etc, which can wind up being a disappointment to them even if you two really do have chemistry.
