-14	Dexter, Boy Genius Unpopular opinion: a false accusation is not always commensurate with the accused crime. Falsely accusing someone of murder is not always equivalent in evil as committing murder (lying vs murder), similarly with rape. A false rape accusation is OF COURSE heinous, but may or may not be of the same magnitude as rape itself, imho a much worse crime. 6	Very well deserved “Had Dantzler not recorded the encounter, it is obvious the department would have taken the word of Belcher and wrongfully prosecuted Dantzler.” Thank you for the link, and thanks to the Pinac News journalist for pointing out the obvious conclusion in the quote, that this was a rare filmed version of justice served, whereas in most of these instances the person who was spat on would face wrongful prosecution.
