1	Goddamn men, saving people all the time The article mentioned that openly gay men could potentially face social exclusion. Extending that idea, if the reason that white men are disproportionately prevalent is that non-white men are facing social exclusion or higher scrutiny when working as firemen, I think that qualifies as a problem.
