No indication it was due to gender. Just a killing spree.

It’s not about who is killed. It’s about motive. You don’t seem to understand the terms.

And if they intent was to spread mass fear to a religion, it’s worse than if there wasn’t.

No evidence Taylor Bradley that gender was a motive. I get one does seem legit.

It’s not the same offense. That’s the point. Femicide is not the same as homicide. Like how manslaughter isn’t the same as homicide because of motive.

Who is an example of a woman that killed a man because she hates men? That’s not a very common thing. But yes, I would want that person to get a harsher sentence. Obviously.

So you’re against longer punishments for killing based on religion too? Or race? Seems like anyone that hates a race or religion so much that they would kill a stranger, I say let them rot. I’m not about to defend those people.

Yes. Although it’s incredibly rare to come across someone that purposefully preys on murdering men because they hate men. So I’d support it but I’m not sure it would be used much.

When you get divorced, you split your assets including the home. So it’s pretty costly.

They just want to put men that murder women because they hate women behind bars for longer. Is that really a problem for anyone? These are people that have been proven in the court of law to have been murdering out of hate for a gender. I’m not exactly weeping for their longer prison sentence.

Targeting someone due to their race, religion, or gender is an obvious sign of deep rooted radicalization. Longer prison sentences and longer rehabilitation make perfect sense. Killing someone’s for cheating on you is less likely to happen again compared to killing someone because you hate women.

If there’s a chance the kid is yours, don’t you want to find out and help raise it? Or ghost the kid and create another single mother?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
