Yo, the key is realizing no one actually cares if u fail as much as u think they do. Friends or family aren’t keeping score; they’re probably busy worrying about themselves. Treat it like practice 1 start small, joke with strangers in front of them. The more u flex that muscle, the less u’ll care about ‘failing.’ Plus, worst case, they see u trying, and trying’s 100x cooler than staying silent. Confidence is a work in progress, not a flip switch.

Bro, rejection ain’t personal it’s just life not vibing. Chill with blaming women for living their truth. Therapy, self-reflection, and moving on will serve you better than resentment. Stop dragging yourself down. Be better, not bitter.
