Thanks. I don't completely disagree with the OP's concern about internet views and misogyny either. But, we can't expect to be treated like men when we don't act like it, imo. I'm all with this sub usually, but I have to condemn this particular post. Because Ukranian Men are fighting real war unlike the keyboard wars we fight online. And wars take a lot of real men to win. And some men to aid them, no matter how weak they may be, they amount to something, atleast cleaning the camps if nothing else. They wouldn't have had to suffer it if they were dead, would they? They felt the emotional crazy because they lived. The suicides prove my point, living suffer more than the dead. I don't think they committed suicides just for the kick of it. Do you? When you live you suffer, whether the pain in physical or emotional; physical in case of survivors of war and emotional in case of their deaths but only in case of the people they are close to Edit: I meant physical as in first hand experience

That was the point I've been trying to make all along dude. Dead just die laying in peace, it's the living that have to deal with their loss, be it Men, women or 62 other genders that I'm not sure about. And families of Martyrs should be no different. You don't punish murderers for the sake of dead, they don't really care. You do it for the sake of the living to give them a sense of justice and probably invoke fear amongst other potential murderers
