usually on the night of a full moon to maximize your inner Taylor Lautner. In all seriousness, start ASAP but remember not to use "monk mode" as an excuse to avoid social interaction or talking to women. being sociable is akin to lifting in the sense you have to keep pushing yourself to do it. become fit, practice game, get rich. monk mode is just cutting out wasteful shit like video games and fapping etc

oh I misunderstood you bro. if you're reading for mainly entertainment id personally go for just one book at a time so you can extract as much meaning and knowledge as possible but that's just personal preference

you're reading way too much. if you try to bite off more than you can chew you won't get anything done. read a half hour to a hour everyday if you're still swallowing the pill: models mark Manson, red pill side bar, rollo tomassi. if you're already lifting and doing the other generic stuff work on bettering yourself through applicable means like learning useful skills (coding, etc) and some sport to supplement weight training. work on game. work on career. if you spend your entire day reading te…

As a teen, I had a pretty high Basal Metabolic Rate ~2200 even though I was sedentary. I normally would be sitting at a school desk or my desk studying or playing video games. I wanted to lose weight, but there was so much crap on the Internet and everything was a contradiction. Then I found IIFYM and stuck to it cause I didn't necessarily want to give up my Cheetos. Slowly I began to lose weight, once I lost 10 pounds on a pure deficit of 200 calories and ~300 calorie burn from running I decide…

As a current 15 year old sophomore, I can't help but agree with you. I found TRP when I just turned 14, may have been a little early, but I lacked a real fatherly role model so it helped more than not. In a little over a year, I went from a loser. Literally a piece of shit, overweight, nearly no friends, and forced myself to become better. Now I'm physically fit, have stellar grades, extremely sociable, and overall just feel better about life. Girls weren't even an option to me a year back, but …

/u/GayLubeOil is my fucking hero. If I hadn't read his posts on here, I would have stayed a lonely, pussy worshipping, beta loser. You and all the other 'wolves' on TRP shaped my life to an unbelievable degree, thanks so god damn much man.

This post made my mind numb. Is this a troll, or is this guy legitimately trying to analyze Cleopatra?

A little late, but TRP is all about shifting mind sets. You're trading one lens for another, for some this is natural, for others they experience head aches and battle choking the pill down. Here's a general checklist to start applying the concepts after you've observed and read them. 1) Focus on your dreams/aspirations 2) Make money doing what I said above 3) Learn and apply game in nearly all of your environments 4) Lift 5) Learn a martial art 6) Become an intellectual, read more. 7) Become in…

Neither does a man who gets hit in the back of his head by someone who was probably faster than him.

If you haven't already, and have any free time working on your business, I highly suggest reading/listening to The 48 Laws of Power by Robert Greene. Office dynamics are barely a step up from high school with all the gossip and backstabbing, it's best to get above or away from that mess.

Maybe I'm not the right person to say this, but your work is greatly appreciated by the community. People like you keep TRP growing, thanks so much bro.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
