I used to feel angry when i saw couples walking hand in hand, kissing, being all romantic. One day a thought occured to me. Would i rather everyone around me be miserable? Hell no. I'm much happier knowing i live in a society with people being happy even if I'm not part of that happiness. Fuck misery.

Why though? It's easier than ever to be single. And for all we know - this might be for the best. Reading about unhappy couples makes me wonder if maybe it's best that we develop a "be on your own" mentality. Having a partner that makes you happy is not a right.
